Wendy’s

Always seem to run into the same «kids» working in the drive thru. I feel as if these children hate their job (which they probably do) and it is clearly written on their foreheads. The snotty red head on the drive thru throws the bag at me each time and I get asked «if I want sauce or not» I have stopped going due to the rudeness and the manager tries to help but seems as he is probably about 18 himself. I think this place would be good if there were adults present.

As of late Oct. 2015, the drive thru service & food quality was tops compared to the average Wendy’s location. I arrived at about 1:45pm (end of lunch rush), and everything seemed on par (I consume a lot of Wendy’s throughout CA, UT, CO). Both cashiers were positive & responsive. I ordered the smoke flavored pulled pork sandwich/​fries/​chili/​frosty. Sandwich bread was firm/​fresh, slaw & pork was perfect/​on benchmark; fries were fries; frosty was cold which seems above average compared to most locations. Based on the previous two reviews, a personnel/​managerial change must’ve happened in the past 12 months. Overall, I’d say excellent job local owner/​operator; you’ve turned this location around

Went here twice in three days, traveling through. The first time I got there at 10:40 on a Tuesday Night. There hadn’t been anything for miles coming from the west. I needed gas, restroom, and food. This Wendy’s shares the building with the gas station. Two other cars pulled in at the same time. As soon as we pulled in all the lights shut off at both the gas station and Wendy’s, even outside. And when Iooked up the employees locked the doors. I walked to the doors to see the business hours and they close at 11pm. They just didn’t want anymore customers because they didn’t want to work late.
The second time through at the Wendy’s we ordered our food inside and stood there for 20 minutes after we ordered it. Typical food wait time at a Wendy’s is a couple of minutes.

Not all Wendy’s are the same that is apparent at this Wendy’s. We were the only drive– thru customer and ordered just a couple things. We pulled up to the window and the manager who looked about 18 handed us our drinks with no straws. After about 1:30 seconds he asked us to pull forward. I said «can I please get a straw at least» he handed them to me kinda rude like. So I pulled forward and were waiting and waiting and waiting. After literally 10 minutes some kid walked up and said here’s your food and just walked away, no sorry for the wait nothing. I’ll tell you I never been treated so rude like at any other Wendy in my life.
I know there jobs sucks but life is a choice and they chose to work there so they should suck it up and do there job the right way. I doubt i will eat there again.
