Four seasons has some great products. HOWEVER, they are grossly overpriced, and their service is terrible.

This place gets a big fat 0 for service.
I went to their showroom and setup an appointment for the upcoming Sat. However, no one showed up for the appointment so I called and the person seemed surprised that I had an appointment and went to check the appointment book. My appointment was indeed in there and he asked me if I received a call the day before to confirm (which I did not, no missed calls or VMs either). He then proceeded to tell me that the person who goes to the appointments was not here since he had no confirmed appointments for that day. He then asked me to call back on Mon, and I did not understand why he could not either call the person who was going to come out and check if they could come later on in the day, or setup another appointment and why I needed to talk to someone else to do this.
So I called back on Mon and was told by another person that the person incharge of appointments wasn’t there and they would call me on Tues.
Half the day went by on Tues and no one called so I called and had to re-​spill my story to a 3^rd person. Who then also proceeded to tell me that someone would call me back. Which so far no one has, and who knows if they every will.
It seems like this place is run by some very incompetent people. And after this experience of trying to setup an appointment it really makes me wonder how the ordering and installation process will go.
Perhaps this is a sign of things to come?
