KFC

Kfc hardly disappoints me, I usually just go with the chicken pot pie combo for $ 5 and an original drumstick. But then again I get it from the drive thru so I don’t know how the interior of this establishment is. The employees there are friendly and the food is good. No complaints here.

The only reason i gave it two stars is because my food was delicious, other than that the inside store was so messy there was crumbs and trash on every single table so i hd to wipe my own down, the lids to my drink were in a dirty tin bucket that had dried up soda all over them. Horrible management at its finest.

Ok first I’m going to say that the employees were god awful slow. When I went in i was hoping to get a nice meal and get out quick. I ordered a bowl and it took almost 10 min to get it. I also ordered a side or corn which they said they ran out and i would have to wait «7 minutes» to get. It was ok we waited but rime goes by and I never get called so I went up to tell them where is my corn and they said thet they forgot to get it so we had to wait more just for a cup of corn. The worst didn’t happen to me there was a lady who waited patiently for about 15 minutes just for three tenders it was outrageous. All of the employees were slow to prepare any meals.

KFC is sucks. They are cheating the customers.
Today, I ordered 14 pcs drum & thigh meal for $ 24.99 with paper coupon. When I was paying the cashier, I noticed the regular price is $ 25.00 which makes the discount only one cent. I asked the cashier if it is correct, he said yes that is the regular price, My sale receipt is shows that I saved only 1 cent with the coupon.
What is the use of coupon when the regular price different only 1 cent,

I ordered spicy wings and one extra crispy wing. It was all dried up and gross! Stale spicy wings are no good. I learned my lesson. I’m never going back to this store again. The one on State College and Chapman is better.

hungry as hell, come to kfc around 10:10.it says closes at 10:30…wont respond to my drive through hellos… looks like someone wanted to be sneaky and close early, worse kfc ever, wont come back

Was craving fried chicken so decided to stop for some dinner. I ordered a 10 piece meal that came with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. In addition they gave you a free red velvet cake with the meal. I ordered the original recipe chicken with a side order of potato wedges and mashed potatoes with gravy. I went through the drive thru so when I pulled up to the window for my food the girl helping me stated they ran out of Red Velvet cakes which they are heavily advertising. But I was advised if I still wanted a cake she could give me a pumpkin cake instead. It seems that every time I come to this particular Kfc they are always out of something. Last time they were out of biscuits. How in the blue hell do you run out of biscuits. Any way I told her I would take the pumpkin cake and she gave me a look like she was surprised I wanted it. Anyway, food was good. Chicken was greasy but delicious as always and this time even the potato wedges were good. Usually they are super dry and stale but I got a fresh batch this time. They even gave me hot sauce like i requested and i didnt have to throw a fit when i got home. The entire meal was like 23 bucks so not a bad deal just wish service was a little better.

Customer service is horrible. Horrible wait time for no apparent reason while three employees chit chatting right in front of me doing nothing about my order. I was the only customer and i had to wait 15 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment from the employees. I will never return to this location

Sucks. I’ve been craving KFC for a few days and decided to stop by.
I wasnt given any condiments and had to go back inside. Also realized they never gave me my cookie. Boooo.

I’m so tired of writing the same reviews for places I’ve been to already.

After living in this area for ever, I had a «theres a KFC right there moment», this was shortly after a «wheres a KFC moment».
I mostly get curious about eating places after I get a coupon in the mail that makes me think, «hey that’s a great deal», it usually isn’t…
I like KFC, there I said it– Gordon Ransay would probably like that their chicken is always fully cooked… and they are faster than Hell’s Kitchen, which from the show takes an hour to make chicken…
Very easy to come here and get a lot of food for under 20.00.
This shopping center however feels like it is owned by 6 different people, all of whom want to have their own say in the traffic flow, because it’s horrible… just know that going in and you will be fine.

Terrible! If you are in the mood for fast food, skip this restaurant.
They are very rude and got my order wrong.

Went there, the cashier didn’t have a name tag. Was asking me what some of her items were called like if I worked there. Disrespectful. The manager carlos that night was too busy eating by the drive thru window and by the looks of it didn’t really care for customer satisfaction. I work at a restaurant and this is the service we are taught not to do or the kind of bad service u see as an example video. I’m never coming back here unless all the restaurants are closed around that KFC. And for a restaurant that get commercials filmed there this is pathetic.

This place is okay. Seems like drive-​thru is always busy & service is slow so we go in to pick up our food. Workers are semi-​friendly & food is just how you would expect how it will be. Wish they offer more coupons or discounts. Also wish they have «healthier» version of cooking chicken, cuz then i would go there often…
