Yogurtland

The froyo is as good as the other locations, but the staff could not add points to my rewards card with my phone number, and was not helpful with it. Ive been to maybe 15 other locations and never had a problem adding points.

Delicious, clean place. Loved the variety of flavors. And the fruit cut up for toppings looked extremely fresh, which is rare at Yogurtlands I go to (generally they look a bit soggy and slightly past their prime).
The only reason this place isn’t getting five stars from me is that the girl working wasn’t the friendliest, and she looked upset when a little kid asked her to use the bathroom and she just shook her head no. She could have said something like «Sorry we don’t have a public restroom but next door at XYZ place they do!» Or something along those lines. But just shaking your head at a kid and continuing your conversation isn’t the best customer service.
I’d come back again though, I really loved how clean the place is!
PS-​Parking isn’t the easiest during the day, really busy spot with Starbucks, Chipotle, and this place all next door.

I’m only giving y’all 5 stars because I want that 20% off. Oh by the way, employee of the year goes to Lariza. I am still trying to understand why y’all have a tip box? The place is basically self serve and all y’all do is clean around the self service yogurt machine, refill toppings, broom and sweep.

My family and I have been loyal customers of this location. We literally come once a week. I came yesterday and NEVER in my life have I met someone so RUDE and with no manners. There was a employee by the name of SELENA and she was so UNPROFESSIONAL. Thanks to her my family and I will not be returning.

Soon many flavors and why do I always lose control when I step in this place. It is so hard to limit myself because of this price. The ice cream and tons of different toppings is amazing. I just wish it was a little less expensive. That’s it!!! Hasta luego

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the new design of the store in this location! Such a younger and fresh vibe now. Also, shout out to Jacob! He’s the sweetest! Always offering sample cup whenever a person walks in and he’s always smiling :) keep it up! These are the kind of customer service we appreciate.

My favorite place for yogurt.
First time at this location. They had a nice selection of flavors & toppings.
Everything was stocked and clean. Employees were very nice and friendly.
Will be coming back!

I like yogurtland. Nothing special about this location. Kinda sucks that they don’t have that flavored water there anymore but oh well… frozen yogurts bomb.

Went in tonight at about 930 and just about every flavor was out and machines out of order. It was beyond frustrating. Asked an employee about it and all she could say was ya their broken and started walking away. Customer service is terrible… Wasted drive. At least explain to the customers when they walk in.

Good place to get yogurt usually packed but you can sit outside by the fountain and eat your yogurt or put a lid on it And enjoy it at home. Last time I was here a bum went up to a family and said. Hello can I get some cash so I can buy some ice cream or something. And they gave him 5 bucks and he went inside and got yogurt. Very nice people

Hmmm, haven’t had a bad experience here (yet?) (knock on wood). In fact, each time I have busted (not literally) through the door (mostly in the afternoons after work) for samples and full on yogurt cups, they’ve met my needs!
Rather disappointed to read the 1 star reviews. Place is usually clean for me, the Yogurtland All-​Stars behind the counter are normal and ring me up in a snap. Though one girl might have been confused this last time around, when I already opted to «Use It Now!» on my Unilocal App, in order to take advantage of the 20% check in offer. Think she may be used to pressing it or supervising the customer in the process of doing it. Either way, 20% off with every check in is a dream come true. What other Yogurtland locations offer this, the Anaheim one on Euclid & Crescent doesn’t.
My favorite, Salted Caramel Pecan — OhMyLord! I cannot even speak on the IMMENSEffect this has in my mouth, as it glides it’s way into my stomach. I bow down to this flavor.
Candy Clouds, Peanut Butter Cookies, S’mores, New York Cheesecake and Banana Nut Bread are fave flaves as well.
Let’s hope I never get to the point of 1 starring this Yogurtland!

I don’t know why this location is always so dirty. Yogurtland has always impressed me with the fact that their staff is constantly cleaning up all the areas of the place. Whether it’s picking up stray escaping fruit, to cleaning up toppings and preventing them from being mixed up, to cleaning the yogurt dispensing area to make sure that everyone has a clean and pleasurable experience. Nope, not this one. Usually we don’t even see the employees because they’re in the back until we’re ready to pay.
As far as yogurtlands go, it’s hard to review the food because it always pretty consistent with every other location. This place is a little less organized and the fruit section never looks appetizing, which makes me sad because I love to pile on the fruit. The rotating yogurt flavors always gives us new options, which is fun (unless they have flavors that I’m not really interested in).
Overall, I keep giving this place chances at different times of day, hoping that the messy interior was just a fluke, but it’s pretty consistent. It’s one of the closer Yogurtlands to the boyfriends house, so we really want to like it, but I can’t.
Clean up and you’ll have loyal customers for life.

What can I say. It’s Yogurtland. I have a huge bias. The store is generally clean and tidy and the clerk was cute and polite. Water could use more topping off more often and the store could use a better clean down every now and then, but besides that, their yogurt is great and this location always has my favorite flavors!

I love Yogurtland I love love love yogurtland but today I didn’t I just moved to the area from La Habra and of course I had to change Yogurtlands to a closer one and this one here is it… but I hate it.
Let me start off by saying the place is pretty big, bigger than the one I’m used to going in La Habra which I thought was cool. I loved the location but when I went inside and went to get some yogurt… it was dirty everything was so dirty. The yogurt dispensers were sloppy and there was yogurt on em and on the floor. I got what I wanted and went for the fruit, well there was no fruit it was not kept up and the topping bar was a nasty mess, I ended up just getting some almonds, well the tiny bit that was left in the container. I went ahead and paid and the cashier was not the friendliest. Completely ignored my greeting and my husbands greeting and looked really sad. I hope she’s ok because her eyes looked like she was not having a good day, poor thing. I’m not going to complain about that because we all have a bad day and I’m sure today wasn’t hers. Now let me tell you about the nasty kitchen… the door was open so I could see inside. Well the trash was overflowing, the floor looked like a hot mess and the employee back there looked confused and also a little sloppy in her uniform.
Overall this place is pretty bad. It’s dirty, gross, and pretty bad. I’ll stick to my La Habra location. Maybe the owner of employees of this place should pay the LH location a visit and get some pointers from their customer service and cleanliness because this place is lacking all of the above. GROSS!

I love Yogurtland, but my visit to this location was SO disappointing!
First off, the floors were sticky and littered with napkins and spilled yogurt. not a good look. About half of the machines were not dispensing any yogurt, so my brothers and I had to settle for 3 – 4 flavors that were actually available. The toppings bar was a complete mess. I did not touch the fruit at all – disgusting! A majority of the containers were nearly/​completely empty. The toppings that I did get tasted stale or as if they had been out for days. I ended up just throwing mine away.
Also, the employees acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Save your complaining for when the customers aren’t actually in the store!

I love Yogurtland. I kid you not, I have it more than once a week. That’s probably a bad thing for my wallet. It’s so good though!
Anyways! This Yogurtland specifically is convenient for since I live so close! They have a handful of creamy flavors, I wish they had more tarty flavors. I wish they would stop switching out Taro for random flavors. Everyone loves taro!
The staff is great! Always greeting me whenever I walk in & asking if I want sample cups. If there was one thing they could probably improve on is probably cleaning the toppings area more often. There’s always a bunch of crumbs or pieces of fruit/​candy/​nuts or whatever laying around & doesn’t look clean.

I normally don’t complain about this stuff but they technically didn’t open right at 11:00 and when they did open the machines were watery so they weren’t set yet. I understand the worker started alone, but if someone knew it takes time for the yogurt machines to set they would’ve done it on time-​ahead of time. I was so disappointed because the new rocket pop flavor wasn’t working so they has to take the sign down. That happen to quit a few flavors there actually. If I knew I wouldn’t have gotten my yogurt fifteen minutes till after they opened then I wouldn’t have left my house that early.
Oh yeah and most of the toppings weren’t put out yet. Such as the fruit, which I was looking forward to.

I am always a fan of yogurtland, but this particular location always takes a super long time to get your yogurt! Yes, you get whatever flavors you want with your choice of toppings, but when it is time to check out, it just takes a super long time. All you have to do is weigh and pay right? I have no idea why it takes so long! Maybe the person is new! Anyways, I checked-​in to the place and I got an extra 15% off. They person didn’t know how to incorporate the 15% off, and then I paid with a gift card and he didn’t know if you can use the gift card on my yogurt. It’s like money! Of course you can! Anyways, I’d come here if I was in the area, if not I would go to the other location!

The downside with being a big foodie is that you will have to take on all the calories that come with it… and some guilt. Or in my case, a lot of guilt.
But never fear, frozen yogurt is like that feeling you get when you choose a salad over the burger for lunch. It’s better for you in more ways than one. And all Yogurtlands in general provide a variety of flavors that change with the season and not to mention different toppings to cater to all ages… Gummi Bears, please!
This location is clean, and the staff is always cool enough to let me pick my own spoon color. There is seating both indoors and outdoors (very smart) and the ever so convenient water station available to one and all.
If only the rest of the plaza was that cool.
