Super SHADY place. Went in for eye exam, charged $ 10 above ins. Coverage. I saw the posted charge was $ 70, and my ins. covers $ 60, so makes sense.
Then, I sent my husband in to get the same exam, but they tried to charge him $ 40. WTH?! I call them while he’s there (my husband doesn’t speak korean), and when I ask why there’s a discrepancy, the man days he mistakenly undercharged me. Mhm…
Then I asked why he didn’t call to tell me before I sent my husband– he said he knew I’d be upset. Huh?
HATE these kind of dishonest Korean businesses because it makes me not want to trust Korean businesses. Definitely taking my family’s optometry business elsewhere.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened their shop in Garden Grove! They have always treated me well and their service is superb! Also, I like bringing my business here because this is a small business! Support your small businesses!

Aside from the extensive collection, horrible service and overpriced products. They charge $ 10 more for each box of contacts than my regular optometrist.
