I purchased a pair of Rayban Club Masters from this Target Optical location about a year ago. I had them filled with my prescription; the entire process was painless and I was happy with the outcome. I came in once more to have them adjusted to my face. It took longer than usual because I have a very low nose bridge, but the gentleman that assisted me wanted them to fit well and look right just as much as I did. Now that I have decided to get lasik, I need the original Rayban lenses. I called and spoke with Charles the manager. He informed me that typically the lab does not include original lenses when you work with Target, but he promised to call me back after seeing what he could do. Sure enough the lab couldn’t help, but he pulled some strings and called a connection; I will be picking up my lenses tomorrow! I feel like this type of service should set the bar for all other companies. I received service as if I gave them business just last week. I would recommend working with Target Optical, especially this location. Their selection of glasses and sunglasses is very good as well! Lots of current models and trends.

In for my annual exam. They have an updated feature where you input your medical history electronically. Smancy! The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. I didn’t feel pressure to make any purchase during my visit. I was given options to pick through my insurance(contact or glasses). Im a happy camper overall. :)

I’ve gone in to see Dr. Tang for over six years now, and she’s great! Very professional, the examinations are always very thorough without taking too long, and she genuinely cares about all her patients. My annual check-ups(examination, and picking out and purchasing new lenses and frames) never take more than two hours and you aren’t pressured into buying anything you don’t want. Overall I always have a very good experience with Dr. Tang and the Target Optical staff and will continue going here for years to come!

I love Target and it was just another excuse to visit when I found out I could get my peepers checked there. I’ve needed some new glasses for a while and decided to break down and just make the appointment. The optical center is super clean and they have a great selection of glasses to choose from. The staff isn’t pushy and you don’t feel like you’re being sold on everything that you do. Dr. Tang was quick and efficient. Since my appointment was on a weekend, she was a little behind, but kept apologizing for the delay. It was no biggie. I was in Target. Plenty to look at. The exam was quick and painless, got my prescription, picked out my frames and was on my merry way. I got my glasses in less than a week and I am officially no longer a danger on the road. Tip #1: Call ahead of time to see if your insurance is in-network or out-of-network. Though they do take a lot of out-of-network, you have to pay for everything up front then reimbursed a few weeks later for the amount approved for coverage. They explained that ahead of time, so it was no shock when I got there, but they get all of the paperwork filled out and faxed for you so that you don’t have to worry about doing it yourself. Tip #2: It can get a little hectic on the weekends since everyone usually waits to make their appointment then. Go during the week. It seems to be more stress free. Tip #3: You can still save your 5% by using your Target card to pay. It’s not a lot, but savings is savings.

I just started grad school so no more vision insurance. I was looking for an inexpensive place to have my annual eye exam and Target seemed good enough as any. I was satisfied with the service and price at Target Optical. I didn’t have to wait long. It cost about $ 95 for an exam for contacts. I also got a deal for $ 89 for new glasses and was able to order a year’s supply of my contacts and get about $ 30 off. Not a bad deal… The eye doctor was professional but not overly friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes though so that was nice. The women in the office were very friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite Target, of the ones closest to my home. I am here a few times a week. The staff is friendly, the merchandise selection is good. I almost always find what I am looking for… it’s Target! In terms of cleanliness, the store is always put together well. The lack of one star is because, though they just added an entirely new grocery section, I intended to pick up a bag of salad for dinner, and found that the salad was looking really brown, and hadn’t even reached the sell by date yet. So then I moved across the aisle to the lunchmeat and meat section, intending to get some ham for my daughter’s lunch. I noticed in their take home and cook section, a package of chicken breasts, the plastic wrap was puffed up like a balloon. NOT safe to eat, right? Granted, it had been unseasonably warm that day, but it WAS in the refrigerated section. I started thinking, if that chicken looks like that, how many other products might not be safe to eat? I decided with all the scares on food safety, maybe I would leave the perishables food shopping to the grocery stores, where they are taught safe food handling. I just feel more comfortable. Also, Albertson’s is in the same center with Target, it’s not that much harder to go there. My family’s safety is worth it! Target is a great place, and I will continue to buy most everything there. But for food… I am sticking with the grocery stores until I KNOW that the kids from Target have been trained well in food-handling safety.
