Just wanted to comment on how much I enjoyed my visit to target today! It’s not often you get such great service these days… Alex C. Was so professional and such a lovely sweet person and so accommodating!!! I’ll definitely go back! Thank you again!!!

I love this Target. It’s clean and bright, well stocked, and quiet.
Yes, I typed quiet. In the middle of the day I visited this Target for a few items during my lunch break and decided it needs to be what I do on my lunch regularly, because I left feeling reconnected and relaxed.

The Kaiser clinic inside Target is very convenient but the nurse practitioner and staff members there was very grumpy and unfriendly.

Came here to buy a dress for my graduation & wound up needing a strapless bra as well. I got lucky & found the perfect dress on a complete whim!

Decent Target. Been going here for a while with family in the area and things are pretty reliable. I wouldn’t say that customer service is outstanding or anything, but they are definitely better than the rude Target people in the Huntington Beach locations.

I never knew Target stayed open until 11pm. Although minimal, it still offered very good and interesting people watching. Don’t expect super fast service when you arrive at 10:30pm…I mean I get it, everyone wants to go home and the last thing they want to do is dig around the back warehouse to find the item you are looking for. They get a pass… and as always, I can never get out of there without spending at least $ 75. It must be something in the air.

Nice plaza in the nicer part of Fullerton. I happen to be working nearby and decided to make a stop for some snacks.
Here’s what liked…
* Really nice and clean Target in a nice part of town.
* Super easy parking with plenty of spaces. i.e. I don’t have to fight crazy people in a small cramped parking lot for a place to park.
* Really relaxing shopping experience. I’m going to say exactly what I see… the Korean and Caucasian folks around this part of town are really chill :-)
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Nothing comes to mind.
Shopping area = very clean and organized.
Service = very friendly.
Restroom = clean

if you’re looking for someone to help you don’t expect to find anyone. walked around the store for 15 minutes looking for assistance before finally giving up and leaving.

This went from the best Target in the area, to easily the worst! Shelves are never fully stocked, poor customer service, cashier’s are unfriendly, never any baskets or carts in the front. I thought I’d try this location ONE more time to be fair. A cashier looks like he just got out of bed. No smiling. No hi. No contact. 91% of a reason why a guest does not return to a location is it’s workers. Fullerton, get Team Members who WANT to be there and/​or a better store director!
La Habra and Whittier stores have far superior Guest service skills, and always bring me back.

BEWARE!!!
The price on the shelf may not be the price you’re charged.
Today I went into the store to buy ink for my computer. The price on the shelf was $ 34.99, but the price I was charged was $ 39.99. When I saw the receipt, I immediately went to the «customer service» desk. There was a long line of people, so I went to the front and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke in a loud voice because I was annoyed, and the guy copped an attitude with me saying I didn’t need to use that tone of voice. I said, look… YOU’RE the one that over charged ME so I’m the one who gets to be rude.
I would tell you his name, but quite honestly this isn’t the first time that I’ve been overcharged, lied to, been given wrong information or received HORRIBLE customer service at this store.
I live pretty close but I usually avoid this place and shop elsewhere.

This Target location is probably the biggest Target I’ve ever been in. Compared to other locations, not only is it huge, but also carries a larger variety of inventory. I’ve found that the kids section here carries more items than the location in Brea (and even that one is big). This Target has a café, a Starbucks, a pharmacy, and a clinic. The staff here are usually really nice and it’s near other stores that are nice to browse around in (like Barnes and Noble).

This Target was only okay, seems like they don’t carry a lot of selection of things vs other Targets I go to. Tried to look for a certain brand of eye sharpener but only found 1 brand which wasn’t what I wanted… but since it was dirt cheap I just bought it. They just don’t seem to carry much variety of food & drinks unfortunately. Was looking for a 2 liter bottle of Hawaiian Punch & there was none. Actually the soda selection was limited on what you can choose. Also the Naked Juice didn’t have much flavors to choose from. Other item I noticed that was limited was the Garnier hair dye, bought the last box of a certain color. I did notice the lack of choices on the shelf that one can choose from. They had almost 1 of everything which is unfortunate because I would hate to go to another Target to purchase 1 item just because the Fullerton Target didn’t have what I needed or they were too lazy to stock their shelf!
The Target I enjoy going to is Brea! Brea Target is organized & they carry a variety of selection on food, drinks etc. I came to the Fullerton Target since I was in the area & needed to do some errands. Had I was given a choice to another Target I would definitely have gone to Brea. Hopefully this Target will work on having more variety of things to choose from in the future.

I’m writing this review for two reasons 1) This place is wayyy better than the ghetto Target on Orangethorpe 2) Jay in the electronic area was SO nice. I went in with my mom last night she was looking to buy an alarm clock and I needed a few Ipad chargers we had my baby daughter with us and the whole time he helped us he was extremely patient, informative and super friendly. This store is very luck to have Jay working for them super nice kid. Thanks Jay!

I wanted to write a review for this «asian guy» cashier but I lost the receipt for the survey.
He helped me out during closing hours when I bought three bottles of milk to make sure I get special discounts. He was extremely friendly and helpful.
Overall, Im just a target lover.

It’s a Target. Nothing special otherwise

Having been to over a dozen Target Stores, I can safely say that this store is above-​average. I have been here at least 6 times and the store has been clean and well-​stocked. The staff… well, they are not the most knowledgeable but they are mostly polite.

This is not my home Target but I am a big fan of this location. It is very large and they have the place clean and stacked. I love walking all the end aisle displays where they have their discounted items for every section of the store.
The parking lot is big but at times it is busy with teenagers from a high school nearby. I like how the shopping carts have a locking device on them. Once you get to a certain part of the lot they lock up so people aren’t just leaving carts all over the strip mall.
At times they don’t have enough cashiers to handle the lines but for the most part they move quickly. I like how the registers are lined up long and individually, not two in one row. Definitely a busy Target but a nice one. It’s so hard for me to come to Target with a list of two items to buy and not leave with eight more things I don’t even need!

This Target is one of the bigger Targets. My favorite time to come is after I eat at Souplantation next door and then come shop and come walk off the food. I like that the store is always neat and in order every time I have gone. Target is definitely my favorite place to shop. Its very dangerous when I come here because I spend way too much. I love the back aisle where they have all the items on clearance. I have found some really good deals in the clearance.
The only complaint I have for this location would be that there never seems to be enough cashier lanes open. The lines get long and there is normally 2 lanes open which they need more for faster service.
They also need to be more on top of putting carts from the outside to the inside. People leave them everyone and they pile up which caused a cart to hit my car. Super mad about that. But overall I love target.

I’m not used to taking medication, so when it comes to picking up my drugs (or even placing an order), I am not the most reliable. This location has the friendliest staff, who is willing to give me a 90 day dosage, plus call me when its time for an auto fill, and even send me a text to remind me to stop by before 7:00 pm. How’s that for service?
Their prices are very competitive, and their generic drugs can be as low as $ 4 per refill.
Open every day, but closes earlier on weekends

Target is target. not much to say but as for this location parking is never really an issue. In a nice area. The store is usually clean. well lit. Air conditioned. Lay out is pretty easy at least for me. The only downfall is at time they don’t have enough people at the registers. Like on Thursday morning went in before work, 8:30am ish to get some socks, store was dead but lady at the register was talking to a orderly lady about a tea she was buying for about 15 mins. there was only two lanes open and the line started to grow to about 5 people behind me. and she had no consideration to make cut the convo short to help speed up the transaction. So not a fan of the customer service at least here, no hello or have a nice day. rude much.
