Barre Forte

Omg! I am totally obsessed with barre forte! This place has changed my life and made me feel like a new person ;) I love coming here to workout. I am not a morning person and don’t like to workout normally, but the 5:30 and 6:30am class rocks! So great to get my workout first thing and not loose any family time! Love Brinn (the owner) she is the sweetest and all the staff is warm and friendly! All the instructors have incredible workouts and are a lot of fun! Take advantage of the free week, it changed my life, hopefully it will do the same for you! Good luck!

I am obsessed with Barre Forte! I am on the 12 month contract, which allows me to come as many times in the month and allows me to comes as many times in the day. Another perk, I like about the 12 month is I can attend the BodyFlow classes too, so that I can end my week with relaxation. :) I am more toned and fit since I have been attending barre in August you Barre Forte!

Barre Forte needs to be on your workout regimen! This class will challenge you, test your limits, but will give noticeable results. It’s an easy to follow class, and Brinn is upbeat, encouraging and such a great instructor. Kara is also fantastic. The environment is a great place to try something new and the instructors will make you want to keep coming back. The awesome retail items that they offer in the studio are an added bonus. Barre Forte is top notch, and I promise, you’ll quickly become a Barre Addict.

I participated in a free week at the barre forte studio back in June and fell in love. Brinn is amazing and her classes are so rejuvenating. After the first time, I could not walk for about two days and then as I built my strength up, I was still able to challenge myself as she offers modifications to most exercises. I was in Tampa for about two months anD she froze my membership until I returned which was so nice of her. I love to run, spin and lift and this has been a great exercise in lieu of that now that I have to keep my heart rate down because I am pregnant but don’t want to fall off of the exercise wagon. Highly recommend this! I guarantee it’ll kick your booty no matter your fitness level.

This is definitely one of the best workouts I’ve done! Brinn is a great instructor, who challenges you to push for your very best. She changes up each barre class making sure sessions don’t get stagnant and boring, which is what tends to happen in most group classes. She’s really encouraging and that positivity flows throughout the class making you want to come back for more! There’s plenty of social gatherings incorporated throughout the month like Barre Brunch and Barre to Bar. Barre has become a permanent fixture in my workout schedule. Can’t say enough about Barre Forte :)

Literally obsessed with this place!!! Most of my life I have been really active in ballet, Pilates, cheerleading, running, cycling but then the past 5 years I sort of let myself go and have had a hard time getting back into things. I’ve experienced a lot of life changes in the last 6 months and decided to focus on my health. Coincidently, I kept running into advertisements for a free week of classes at Barre Forte. These types of classes are right up my alley so I decided to give it a try. I was especially excited because there is nothing like this in Gainesville, and I have been waiting for something like this since I moved up here for college in ’06. One class in and I was hooked. It was challenging but lots of fun. What I really appreciate is that I feel extremely welcomed. Brinn is super welcoming and friendly. I don’t know how she does it but she memorizes every person’s name that takes her class. Almost everyone I have met from class has been extremely nice as well. I don’t feel bad about myself or judged for «not being in shape» like I sometimes do at gyms. Brinn provides modifications to make each move as challenging or easier if needed. It is just an overall positive environment. I’ve also tried the Body Flow class, which incorporates Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. It is also a great workout but simultaneously very relaxing. I honestly left my first class feeling just as relaxed as I am when I get a massage. I highly recommend Barre Forte. Your glutes and abs will thank you!

Thank you, Brinn for bringing this studio to Gainesville! It is beautiful and happy and bright! I look forward to coming to class each day and I leave feeling energized! I had only ever tried Barre workouts on YouTube, so it was nice to finally experience them in person. I highly recommend trying it for yourself!

I love the class– its challenging and fun and Brinn is great! I actually look really forward to class and the community of people that go there are all super nice! I really cant say enough good things about Barre Forte! They offer a week free to new clients which I think is amazing and discounts to students.
