I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip meal from here with a side of mashed potatoes and 1 biscuit a week ago. I am currently still sick from eating that meal. How do I know? I’m on a very strict diet and eat out only once a week, one meal. I’ve been doing this for some time know. After eating one chicken strip. My stomach started hurting and I’ve been throwing up for days.
I DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT recommend anyone buy food from here. Not sure if the food was old, if there are pest issues, etc but I won’t be going here EVER… Never ever…

This KFC makes me want to ask Unilocal for a ZERO star option.
You know when you’re craving something to eat and then you buy it and then as you’re eating it you hate yourself for it?
This is exactly what happened to me at this KFC.
I was craving fried chicken for God knows what reason and decided to go to this KFC since I was passing by it. I am guilty of not leaving this establishment after encountering the unfriendly and rude staff. I should had left because everything went downhill from there.
The restaurant was disgusting. It smelled like grease and the tables were greasy. The chicken tasted insipid and dry, and as I was eating it I was crying internally because I couldn’t believe I had spent money on it.
Never again. Avoid this place.

The worst kfc in the world. I don’t know why I keep going back. Food is always cold. Any one that ever comes to the window is going to give you an attitude. Worst service ever. More than likely mess your order up and give you shit for it. Someone just needs to shut them down. They really give kfc a really bad name.

This place was supposed to offer us a family meal deal. The wait staff was rude. I had a few questions about my meal, but they did not want to answer them politely. I left with my order after a long day at work to find that they had charged me for a meal, but left things out of my order. Will definitely not be returning again.

Well normally you don’t go to KFC for best customer service but this location is RUDE. 3 out of 5 times my order is mistaken: cookie missing, wrong type of chicken, etc. Today I went there again and I asked for a combo but didn’t want anything to drink (because price is actually lower for the combo). The drive thru guy was very impatient about this because he put in the wrong order. After I explained, and said «thank you.» He said nothing and slammed the window. He changed the order, and gave my card back, I said «thank you» again and he said nothing and walked away.
I don’t think I’m ever going back to this location. Have had enough bad experience here.

DRIED OUT LIKE AN ARIZONA TUMBLEWEED. We’ve not had any problems with the other KFC on east University and stop there when the mood for KFC strikes, but at this location we bought a bucket at 6:06 pm (peak dinner time) and the whole thing was so dried out WE COULD BARELY GAG IT DOWN. This is not the first time, either — we have avoided this particular location in the past, and YOU SHOULD TOO.
Also, the Manager on Duty, while nice about it on the phone, suggested I drive back to get another bucket. At night, after already eating two dried out pieces, that is the last thing I want to do. BUYER BEWARE. The pinch-​a-​penny management at this place sells Kentucky Fried Jerkey.

Absolute wost KFC I’ve ever been to. The manager made my order. She forgot to close the register and give me my receipt. She forgot my side dish. She forgot what went in a famous bowl after she had just made one. She forgot my bbq sauce after I asked her for it. The manager doesn’t care if she messes up and is ready to argue with you if she messes your order up. She also takes forever to prepare the already made food. It took me 30 minutes to get my correct order when I was the only one ordering inside.

Poor management. Someone came up and complained about their order while I was ordering. Then they gave my sister the wrong thing and argued with her telling her it was what she ordered when clearly it wasn’t. I’m pretty sure it was the manager too. My dad got his food fifteen min after we got ours. There was no pepper available, only salt. Not best experience.

Grew up on the stuff. Nice staff @ the Archer Rd location. But I only go to KFC when I don’t feel like taking the drive to Popeyes. Great fried chicken though. Nice spices and really good coleslaw.

Kentucky Fried Chicken was always one of those comforting meals I had as a kid (Sounds weird huh? — Maybe its just me?) I loved the smell of the chicken. The mere sight of a KFC bucket made me hungry. Nowadays, I could care less and KFC is something I’ll get on rare occasion when I’m feeling up to it.
Well onto the food… The fried chicken tastes good, but the original recipe is more soggy than crispy. You may have to order extra crispy for… well…crispy chicken. These new KFC Bowls are great (mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy and cheese). The Snackers are great. The potato wedges and corn on the cob are good as always. Don’t get the grilled chicken. Especially from this location. It just tastes awful.
This location is the one I’ve frequented over my years of college. The service can be pretty crappy at times, but whatever. The food isn’t as good as my memory tells me, but it’ll do.
