Pizza N Pizza

Decided to try this place on Sunday evening, 1−17−16. I’m deliberately being specific of the date so that if their management reads this, I want them to know who was working during this time. We ordered online: a large ultimate meal pizza, 10 bone-​in wings, gyro platter, and fries ($ 40+, so a good bit more than other pizza delivery places). Ordering online was fine. Food was delivered in about 50 mins, which was in their estimated time range, so, all’s good so far. We tip the driver with «you better tip me smile» $ 5 and sit down to eat. When opening the pizza box, however, we notice that it’s just a plain cheese pizza and not the ultimate meal pizza we ordered. We call, and the person I speak to says something like «It says cheese pizza on your order.» And I say «No, we ordered the ultimate meal pizza… I have the confirmation here.» At first he sounds like he doesn’t believe me and then he asks if I ordered online. I say «yes» and he puts me on hold for a while. He comes back and says that he’ll make things right and send us the right pizza. And I say, «Great, thanks. What should I do with the plain cheese pizza?» And he says, «Give it back to the driver.» Now keep in mind that I have 2 hungry kids to feed, who will now have to wait 50 more minutes to eat their pizza. Now, I deal with customer service issues everyday because of my job and to me I think the appropriate response would be «Just keep it.» I mean, they’re not going to resell that cheese pizza are they? Anyway, we wait over an hour for the correct pizza to arrive. So it’s now over two hours since we placed the original order. My kids are hungry. The same «you better tip me smile» driver delivers the pizza. So, I’ve already tipped the guy $ 5 previously… do I need to tip the man again for a mistake that they made? If anything, the restaurant should be the one to tip him. I ask him «Do you want the other pizza back?» He says «Do you want to keep it?» I say «Sure, okay.» BUT, when he realizes that I’m not going to tip him again, he says, «I need the pizza back.» And so I give it back to him. This whole exchange left a bad taste in my mouth.
Bottom line, I give this place 2 stars because the gyro, wings, and fries were decent. The pizza was just okay. What they really need help with is their customer service. And a delivery driver that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable.

I just moved here a month ago from South Africa, I’ve ordered from pizza n pizza 2 times, tonight is my third time. So far their food has been great, but tonight I ordered something different. Let’s hope it’s as good when it does eventually get here. Their delivery sucks! If only they were faster this would be the perfect place

This place is garbage. I regret taking a chance on it. Delivery took well over an hour. We had to call and check the status 3 times. Food was cold and disgusting. My brother ordered a pizza burger lol. If you don’t know what that is let me tell you… They put a burger patty in a sub with tomato sauce lol. Just horrible. First and last time with this place.

Their food is great but delivery is always late and occasionally you’ll get a delivery guy asking for more tip after you shut the door (oh yes, they rang the doorbell again). You’re put in a very awkward situation and to the wrong person, this situation could turn ugly quick! Here’s a good tip, don’t ask for more tip! EVER!!!

Had Pizza N Pizza deliver to work today. Ordered 2 10″ pizzas (because we had a coupon) and I ordered the 7 piece boneless wings for myself (wanted to try something different besides pizza today). After they delivered I was so excited to enjoy my wings. I open the box and they were SO soggy. They barely looked cooked. So I at least tried them, the first one I bit into had so much fat in the boneless wing, that I was so turned off to try the rest of the wings. thank goodness my coworker shared his pizza with me or I’d be starving!
We’ve ordered their pizza before this experience, and the pizza is decent… nothing to thrill over. We just get them mostly because they deliver to our office when we’re all too busy to go out to get lunch. If you’re adventurous to get the wings, I would suggest getting bone IN, and maybe ask for extra crispy!

My family absolutely love this place 5+ star, the pizza is exactly what you want when you order a pizza not greasy or unhealthy but has a perfect taste, a lot of toppings to be generous and very well prepared and tasty. I also love their menu how they offer other dishes for a large party and they even deliver within the radius of my house whenever I have friends over or family we always order pizza N pizza. The owners name Zain!!! is a great guy and I highly recommend pizza and pizza to anybody!:)!

I picked up a couple of pizzas at Pizza N Pizza because I had a coupon… it was good but nothing super outstanding. In my opinion, it’s not one of those places where you just crave it!
I tried it a second time, told the guy on the phone about the coupon I had and he said he couldn’t take it because it was only valid Mon-Wed…my coupon didn’t say that I and tried telling him, but he still didn’t accept it. So, I went to Ledos instead! :)

Delish! I ordered them a few weekends ago when my Boy Friend stayed over and didn’t feel like cooking lunch. We were both happy with our food :) I had the California White Pizza and he a sub and salad. Got them again tonight and it was yummy junk food at it’s best! Steak and cheese was cheesy and tasty and the wings were hot and flavorful. Had half Crazy Spicy Cajan dry rub and Buffalo combo. I’m officially a fan!

Placed a pickup order over the weekend. Got a large pie and an order of buffalo wings. Was told it would be ready in ten minutes, seems a little quick to me, but ok. Got to the store in ten minutes, waited at the counter. Continued waiting to the point of taking a seat as it was beginning to feel awkward. A couple of employees walked through the room without a word. A cashier did something at the register, no greeting, nothing. All the while i’m spotting a pizza box with a bag on top of it that looked like it could have been my order. But I didnt think they’d just let a customer sit there, especially when they order is dying on the counter. It was mine, and I didnt get help until I stood at the counter and asked for help. Again no greeting.
I wont order from here again, they service was that bad, also the pizza was bland and the crust was tasteless.

I thought their pizza was better than Papa or Dominos because sometimes they underbake their dough.

Haver ordered pizza from this place a few times so far. The pizza is different — don’t know exactly how to describe it. It’s kind of like Papa Johns and Domino’s, but in a different way. But I like it better than Domino’s and Papa Johns.
Just make make double sure that they get your order correct. They got one of my orders wrong one time and they didn’t seem like they were interested in replacing it. Then again I didn’t ask for a replacement.

Another new pizza joint in the Gainesville area. I’ve never heard of Pizza N Pizza before — looks like a new local chain. They opened some time in the last week or so.
It’s located in the brand new retail complex named «Gainesville Square» just off of U.S. 29 South.
I had a number of coupons for them — I ordered a large «specialty» pizza — pepperoni, sausage, black olives, onions, and bell peppers — with coupon $ 12.99 (normally $ 14.99).
They also make sandwiches, subs, wraps, chicken wings, salads, pasta, and more.
They deliver — and they do deliver to Haymarket. The guy could not find my neighborhood on any mapping program and had to call me back for directions.
Pizza was delivered within 35 minutes of the time I ordered it. Pizza was decent, tasty.
