Extremely disappointed with the service here. Came in to pick up an order and nobody seemed to know anything about it. After checking at the service counter with no help, I headed to the pro counter and they didn’t have a clue and didn’t offer to help figure anything out. Had to go all the way back to the service counter and they sent me back to the lumber dept. to show them what I needed. 40 minutes of shopping later I finally had my «called in» order ready. Cody gets a star for helping me the best he could, nobody else really cared at all.

The employees were very accommodating and helped me by cutting, drilling, and basically doing everything they could to help with my project because I didn’t have power tools. They were awesome, and the store itself was huge!
