Terrible customer service even for a Mcdonalds… I’ve eatten at this particular restaurant for around 3 years. I would frequently walk across the school to here at lunch time during my junior and senior year in high school. If you go to this Mcdonalds as much as I have, you will start to notice the flaws in their management/customer service. Yeah, yeah it’s a Mcdonalds and you shouldn’t expect the greatest service. However certain employees here have a tough time following orders and have a issue with their pride or trouble submitting to their mistakes at that… Countless times I would my order would be placed correctly on the screen, however I would receive something different. For example I order a sweetchili chicken premium mc wrap, and I receive a ranch. In my experiences this happens very often. Every now and then you’ll talk to an employee who is very stubborn and straight up rejects the fact that you received an order that was incorrect. The treat you with very little respect when it comes to this and don’t think rationally. there is also a strict 30 minute rule for consuming food inside the restaurant. Me and a bunch of my buddies came to eat at the mcdonalds after a match against another school. We were all famished. We would constantly go back and order second and third meals but in the middle of our second or third meal. The manager comes by and tells us we have to leave. The restaurant was not about to close anytime soon, or was it super packed. We were kicked out of the store even after purchasing meals that should take more time to consume than the average meal. We weren’t loitering or anything, we were actively consuming the food we bought. However today I where I drawer the line. I came into the store with 12 dollars visibly grasped in my hands. I ordered the sweetchili chicken premium mc wrap large meal. The total came to he $ 7.40. I proceed to hand the woman a 10 dollar bill. This means there will be 2 dollars remaining in my hand, correct? The change rolls down frm the machine and I proceed to pick it up. I then look up and all I see the woman handing me is a reciept. I took it and asked her nicely, «isn’t there suppose to be 2 dollars in change» and she then replied«yes, it is in your hand.» With a look of confusion I told her the money in my hand is the money I walked into the store with. She then glares at me as though I’m crazy. The conversation keeps going and I try to convince her and describe the only money I received was the change I picked up from the machine. She then accuses me of lying saying«no, I think you is lie» At this point I am fed up at the fact that she is accusing me of lying. I’m upset more about the fact that she refuses to admit her wrong doing and even worse refuses to play back the video recording at the counter. She proceeds to go to the manager and talk with a muffled voice saying«I gave him 2 dollars change but he days I didn’t give it to him» and the manager responds asking if she gave me the two dollars and my response is the same to him as it was the woman. She gave me the two dollars eventually but still refuses that she had done anything wrong. I constantly redirect her to the replay the video tape and you will blantently see 2 one dollar bills in my hand after I give her a 10. She still refuses to look at the video recording and at this point just repeats, «you got your money but I still think you lie» I feel as though I was wrongfully accused and that is what is bothering me. I would consider myself to be a fairly trustworthy individual but that doesn’t matter as I have hard evidence the woman refuses to look at. Even after all that, I received a ranch premium snack wrap instead of a sweetchili chicken. I don’t know if it’s because I look young; but I feel as though the employees that do behave in this manner feel as though they are superior or feel as though their pride is being attacked. They get so defensive when the topic of them possibly being wrong is brought to light. I have not encountered any other problems like this in any other Mcdonalds. I have in fact gone to other mcdonalds who have mixed up my order. The difference is, they complied politely and without question after seeing the reciept. I would not recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone. They should reconsider who they hire as well.

Average McDonalds. Pretty clean, service is generally quick whether you walk-in or go through the drive through and nuggets are always hot and fresh. They don’t usually get my order wrong but if they do they are quick in correcting your order to what you want. And remember, no alcoholic beverages in Mickey D’s.

Here are two very helpful tips for this particular McDonald’s: train your employees to use the new McDonald’s app as well as communicate effectively with your patrons. The new McDonald’s app is great. Why? You have access to bogo deals for almost every item on the menu and therefore saves you a lot of money, especially when you’re feeding a family. My quip with the staff at this location, is that they don’t know how to redeem the digital coupon on my smart phone. As a result, this incompetence has led to numerous occasions of staff overcharging me. It seems like an easy problem to address, but when the staff doesn’t understand what you’re saying because the patron and the staff member speak two different languages, it compounds the problem even more. What really makes me give this store a less than par rating, is that the staff gets an attitude when you try to explain how they have overcharged you! After experiencing this several times, I finally realized that I should take my business to a more effectively operated store.

I stopped by this location for a quick bite to eat after traveling to the area. It was late night and food options were limited. This McDonald’s is 24 hours which is a plus. My food came out fast and hot surprising. Sometimes, late night fast food meals are cold but not this meal. My fries were hot! I don’t eat McDonald’s often but my meal was good for the purpose of late night eats. I give this McDonald’s a 3.5 rating rounded up to a 4.

I have eaten at this McDonald’s for 15 years. NEVERAGAIN! If you read this review, please go around the corner to the McDonald’s on Bureau Drive and stay away fomr this one… This is the rare time that I wish you could have negative stars. As mentioned before, it’s McDonald’s food, so I won’t rate the food. What I do want to rate is the disrespectful behavior of the evening manager. I came to this McDonald’s(I normally go to the one near Quince Orchard HS), because my wife had an urge for fries. I asked for a hot mustard sauce for her to dip the fries into, and all chaos ensued. First, Sarah, the woman at the window, was told to charge me extra for the sauce! Then, when I asked to speak with the manager, she(Mary) came to the window with significant attitude. I told her that I have never had a problem with a McDonald’s giving me a sauce before, she literally slammed the drive thru window shut in my face. Unfortunately for her, they had not given me my complete order, so she to open the window again. I asked for the number for the store manager. She simply yelled that the number was on my receipt and then refused to give me her name. She then slammed the window shut again and had Sarah give me the rest of my food. Ever have a moment where you wished you had video taped things on your phone?

I’ve eaten here 99.1% of the time for breakfast and this is the cleanest and friendliest McD’s in the area. Most customers are regulars and there is a rainbow of colors creeds and languages rolling thru store #21080 White Black Chinese and Spanish all congregating and the food is always good fresh hot and quick. I’ve eaten at prob. all of the stores in MoCo and this one is by far the best!!!

We all know about the quality of food in a Mc Donalds. So I won’t go there. Lets talk about the staff. As we know they are people whose primary language is not english. While they do make a few errors in their orders, the worst thing about the staff is the way I saw them treat a senior citizen — without any respect. May be because he was a frail asian? My colleagues and I will never be going there.
