Subway

I wouldn’t even give it a star. Don’t go here unless you want food poisoning. I understand it’s subway but I also don’t expect my sandwich to be rotting. Never again am I going back. Im pretty sure the person that helped me was on something after they asked me a bunch of times to repeat what it is that I wanted for each step but my sub. I don’t think I’ll ever forgive myself for going there. Especially after what I found in my sub and how it smelled. Lesson learned.

This is like the worst of all subways I’ve ever been. Trust me, stay away. Horrible customer service, they don’t even bother to serve you well.

Don’t come here! They are sooooooo rude and they don’t give u enough meats, veggies, and sauce. When u ask for more they said they will have to charge u more. What the hell? Such a rip off compare to other subway!

The worst subway I ever been to. Awful service with angry employers! One time I didn’t ask for cucumbers they put a bunch of it and say that they can’t take it out cuz it’s already on there. It just doesn’t make sense. The employers stair at me when I said I want to split the sub into half. Half for to go half for here. And the employers look very inpatient and got angry at me.

The service is typically poor here with the exception of one employee. The staff (and especially the manager) are typically inattentive and sometimes rude (never to me, but I’ve seen them be rude to other customers).
The «sandwich artists» are often skimpy on the toppings and try to rip you off on the meat. If you’re not watching them, they will try to be tricky. I think the manager is to blame here. I’ve seen him scowl/​yell at employees when they give an extra tomato on a sandwich.
I’ve been to far better subways. If it wasn’t for convenience I probably would avoid this restaurant all together.

Food and service = average.
Cleanliness = nonexistent.
Please clean your bathrooms. I shouldn’t be able to smell them when I’m standing in line ordering food.

So… I come in and I’m in line waiting to get my order taken, 2 people walk by me. This is my 2^nd time here in 2 days. Someone AFTER me walked up to get cookies so the guy who just grabbed my bread to make my order walks over to ring him up. Good thing I’m not a rush???
**I counted the slices of meat the first time and got 8 slices and 4 slices of cheese
**The second time couldn’t count the meat got the $ 4 footlong and its preprepared
So then I’m adding all the veggies and what not. Fun sub = add everything!
I’m ready to pay and the guy decides to start adding veggies for someone after me and says to me its faster this way. Faster for who? for the employee to be done with work? So i had to wait a bit longer to pay.
Other than being cut in line by someone who wanted cookies, and having to wait to pay together the foods like any other subway. I wouldn’t expect anything else.

They rip you off on the meat every single time. I ordered a turkey sub from here almost daily for a week and had to tell them EACH time to give me an 8^th slice of turkey because they seem to think a foot-​long turkey sub only has 7 slices.
They just opened up and its a convenient location, service is what you’ll find at the average subway. MD has their 5-​cent bag tax which applies to subway bags so beware of that if you order a sandwich to go.
Parking is a nightmare in this little location.
