Hot damn. I went to an outdoor wedding catered by this place, and it was by far and away the finest wedding food I have ever had. In case you’re wondering, yes, they do barbecue an entire hog right there in their to-go cooker. This wasn’t your pasty, weird supermarket-bought tub-o-BBQ, this was the honest-to-G-d actual thing, something I wish I could eat every weekend from now until Halloween. Even the sides (mac & cheese, potato salad, collard greens) were great. I don’t WANT to contemplate a move to Columbus to be closer to this place, but it has crossed my mind.
