Quality Inn

We stayed here for several days while in Gallatin on business. We were so very disappointed in this establishment. The room was very dirty, especially the walls. I took photos and would like to share them with Choice. The first night when turning in I noticed stains on the sheets, which made me squemish. I turn the sheet so the stain was at the bottom and reported it to housekeeping the next morning. I was told all the sheets had stains and they would try to find me one that did not. OMG!!! Really??? They did locate one, thankfully, but I did not request the sheets be changed the rest of our stay. I should not have to do that, that is unacceptable to me. The staff was fairly friendly and that is the best thing I can say about this establishment. Although I will return to Gallatin, I can not stay here ever again unless this is brought up to Choice standards. Very very disappointed.

Pros: Friendly staff, Cold A/​C, good size TV, breakfast was ok except for the cereal — knockoff brands that had zero taste.
Cons: A/​C leaking water in the hallway, outside access to rooms (safety issue), small rooms, double beds (not queens), bathroom toilet was dirty, crud was on the bathroom door, not nearly enough dining room for customers to eat breakfast, Wi-​Fi was slooooooow.

I stayed here when I came in town for a friend’s wedding. The rooms were clean and cared for. The one plumbing problem that my room had was taken care of quickly.
Their staff is the reason for the review. They did an excellent job. I checked in the same day as two other families. They rearranged the rooms for us so that we were as close as possible. It made it easy to socialize and get ready for the wedding. They also let us use their dining room in the evenings to socialize and eat pizza since there were to many of us to fit in rooms. They also were great with the toddlers and babies we had with us (even when they were in melt down mode).
The hotel was in walking distance to several good restaurants.

This is a great motel. The staff is eager to help, and the beds and pillows are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a motel. I’ve stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, and it was actually not as good as this one and cost more. I love having a mini-​fridge and microwave in the room. The wifi is pretty good too — it can get off to a slow start, but I’m a heavy net user while traveling and was happy with it. I’ve never had noise problems from neighbors. The breakfast is also pretty good, with biscuits and sausage gravy, pastries, fruits, yogurts and cereals along with coffee, tea and juice. It’s in walking distance of several restaurants and there’s a WalMart just down the street for any little things you need.
