I have been in this store at least 6 times. One time I did buy something and the sales associates were pleasant. The other times I’ve been in the store I’ve barely been spoken to. Last summer I had an email gift card which I wanted to use in the store. I didn’t have the email slip with me, however, I was told Chicos does not have gift cards and it would not be accepted at their store. I went to another Chicos and used my email gift card.
