Old Navy

Old navy in general is a steal. Cute clothes for an affordable price. This review and score (or lack thereof) is in regard to this location specifically. This was the most disorganized, messiest old navy location I have ever been to!
The place looked completely ransacked (and this wasn’t Black Friday). Clothes on the shelves were in unfolded mounds and heaps. Very unappealing — something about the mess is a turn off and made me not even want to sift through it. No staff manning the dressing room. One room was vacant and I thought it was for storage because there were sooo many mounds of clothes. I went into a different open room, and what do you know, more piles of messy clothes strewn everywhere. Also, I took in more than the allowed 10 items (gasp! You rebel!) because frankly, who was gonna stop me. NO ONE. Deserted s-​show!
The one employee I did see in passing said nothing — no greeting no «are you finding everything ok?» Or whatever perfunctory, bare minimum customer service greeting most other places use.
I did find some clothes, (thanks to my excavation skills) but I’d go elsewhere if there’s another option in the same city or next over.

Old Navy is that type of store where you can snag something to wear to work, a date or when you’re feeling really casual. Many Old Navy stores offer military discounts of 10%.
A varied selection of items for men, women, boys and girls; it’s the store where the whole family can get dressed. A lot of items are on promotion so check and see if that skirt or sweater you’ve been eyeing is on sale. Sign up for their emails to receive offers and notifications of their upcoming events.
I like this store as you can get stylish items without the ridiculous prices some venues charge.
4 star review because very often the store can be cluttered and the line to check out is bananas, so exercise a little patience with the employees and the customers tearing up the displays. Definitely an enjoyable shopping experience here. Employees are helpful and even offer pairing suggestions with items you may be trying on. It may be in an effort to get you to buy more, but if you look good doing it go for it!

The more I come here, the more I like it! This location has everything you need from baby to adult. I recently stopped in to get my daughter some leggings for fall, as well as some baby shoes. The way babies grow, you don’t want to spend too much money on something they won’t wear for long, but you also want to get something cute. Old Navy has everything that you need at an affordable price. Be warned, however! Shopping here is like shopping at Target: you go in for one thing, and come out with everything! Lol!
Don’t be deterred by the long line at the register. Often times it’s snakes around the front. The cashiers work as quickly as they possibly can to get you through, and it will never take you longer than a few minutes. Be patient. The deals are worth it!

This is one of the better old navy’s I’ve been to which may be because it is still quite new. But none the less I’ll enjoy while I can. Everything was well organized and clean, the store it’s actually quite small so they sell out of styles pretty fast it seems.
The employees I’ve spoken to have been helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience here that I can recall.
I would return and I would suggest it to friends and family.

I really like this Old Navy! It is really well organized. The staff are friendly and it wasn’t crowded with a bunch of rednecks like many of other Old Navy’s in metro DC. It is a large Old Navy, so if you do get caught up shopping here — don’t be surprised if you are here for more than an hour exploring their options even if you come in for only one thing.

Yet another store that was uprooted from Gorgeous Prince George’s County and moved to Anne Arundel County. It actually looks smaller than it’s former location in Bowie, but it’s redesigned, bright, colorful and since it’s new, organized. I would prefer to have this ON location back in Bowie and support businesses that are actually in my county, but I will venture out to AA County to shop here. The staff is helpful, friendly and no matter how long the line is, it usually moves pretty quickly. Sizes of clothing is abundant, plenty of options to chose from and of course the prices are reasonable. I guess I’ll have to accept that this is my new «neighborhood» Old Navy location from here on out.

This location is very new! It is nice and orderly and very well designed! The staff were very nice and friendly and eager to please! Very happy with this location so far!
