Pier 1 Imports

Pier One is a trendy store that has super comfy papasan chairs and that chic headboard you’ve always wanted to make your bedroom truly look like the magic happens there.
I went in to take a gander at some of their dining room tables. Several caught my eye so I’ll have to take my time and do some measurements to ensure my dwelling can accommodate it. I was slightly put off that for the price of some of the tables that the chairs are sold separately. Now the upside to that is you can customize the chairs to your own style. Chair cushions and covers are also available to spruce up any old chairs you’re still holding to currently.
Patio furniture, candles, media centers and wall art are a few of the items that’ll have you in this store making a wish list.
The employee that assisted me was über helpful and provide catalog numbers of items I had made a list of.

I was never a fan of Pier 1 due to the value of the products. I always felt I had to pay highly for a mediocre products. So it’s been years since I’ve been in one. Today, I was pleasantly surprised. Seems to me that the quality of the products and selection has improved. Prices are still kind of high. I think you will find something for your house or patio.

A great place for odds-​n-​ends and nick-​hacks to suit your decorating needs. I’ve always found something in a Pier 1 Imports. You will, too.

I frequent the locations in Bowie, Annapolis and on occasion Largo, but this by far is my favorite Pier 1 location in the area. They always have what you’re looking for, the staff is always helpful and polite, the store is spacious and organized and it’s conveniently located in a strip mall with other stores that I love to shop in. If they don’t have it in the store, don’t worry, it can be ordered online and delivered directly to you.
Of course, some of the items here are over priced and just down right ridiculous, but you can often catch a good sale and use coupons/​discounts to reduce the prices of the items you want to purchase. The store has so many creative ideas for the home and yard and I’ve used their look-​books for ideas in my house. I build upon an idea or decoration I see and I make it my own. I think that’s why I love Pier 1 so much, it allows me to express my creativity through a vase, picture, mirror, pillow… etc.

There’s a good selection of products but, as is common with all Pier 1 Imports, there’s a high mark-​up on the prices.
