Had high expectations, however was very disappointed. Service was extremely slow. We had a party of nine. Seven of us received our food after an hour, one more after another fifteen minutes and another ten minutes for the last dish which was a kids macaroni and cheese! The group was not happy with the guacamole appetizer or the peppercorn beef. We waited ten minutes for the manager to come to our table. She reluctantly took the peppercorn beef off of our bill. We also had to have a cannoli charge removed as we did not order one. I tried to order dessert to, however both items I wanted were not in stock. We will not return.

Very disappointed. I had been to the Four Seasons Grille in Annapolis before it closed and had the same expectations. We were seated in the back and were immediately greeted with the smell of old, dirty carpet complete with gaping holes. My view was of the open bus station. Complete with Lysol wipes. The lamps in the front area are sad looking with sagging material. I passed stacked chairs on the way to the ladies room. The hostess and server was quick, pleasant and efficient. I ordered the Italian Shepherds Pie which was stated to have Filet Mignon. I can say it was beef, but it was not tender and did not taste like fresh filet. It was served over polenta that was drier than it should have been. My other half ordered Cajon Chicken Alfredo and was pleased, although it was spicier than anticipated. We were there on a Friday evening. Considering the location this place should have been packed, yet when we left there were only 2 parties waiting. I am sorry, that this was a disappointing visit and we will not be returning. I had to leave before I could finish my meal, because something in the building set off a severe allergy attack that abated 15 minutes after I left. Management needs to invest in their property before it’s too late.

Always good food, the steaks and risotto dishes are well prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant with a relatively quiet noise level. Lots of competition in the area, but this restaurant has continued to be a top pick for us.

We live pretty far from this restaurant(65 miles?) and were just this evening commenting on how often we come here – any time we’re passing by, it seems. On nice days we enjoy sitting on the patio, which I prefer over the dining room. The menu is huge and everything sounds great so it’s hard to choose, but I’ve found there is some variability in the tastiness of the final product. Do order the chicken lettuce wraps off the appetizer menu – really great. The mushroom ravioli is not that special. Chicken cordon bleu is fantastic, and family members rave about the chicken pesto sandwich. Not a fan of the BBQ chicken flatbread, or the scallops in puff pastry app. Bottom line, you have to hunt around a bit to find what you like, and if you experiment you may be disappointed, but find your favorites and you will not be disappointed. Service has always been good for us and we have never had to wait for a table. It’s a place we visit time and again even though I wouldn’t rate it as a premier dining experience – just a nice location with a great selection of tasty food that you can count on each visit. We always leave feeling good about our meals.

This was my first time on the dining side and it will not be my last! It was early so it wasn’t crowded. We were seated immediately and received water and bread while we tackled the massive menu. I got the Italian Shephards Pie and a small Caesar salad. Both were amazing. Also had the Island Storm to wash it all down with. The first drink had too much ice, but the second one… my goodness!!! Told our server to ask the bartender to lighten up on the ice and he did. Think I grew a chest hair! Def will be back!

This place is great! Everything was made with quality ingredients and perfectly prepared. I got baba gonoush for the appetizer, a bottle of wine and the seafood Mediterraneo. Flavor was great and the seafood was done perfectly, not over cooked :)

My friend and I had a late lunch here today. Our server came over to us almost immediately after we sat down and gave us water and took our order. Another server brought us ciabatta bread and that wonderful olive oil, tomato, butter dip. Our server was polite and checked in on us during our meal. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich(chargrilled chicken, caramelized onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, pesto peppercorn mayo, toasted ciabatta bread) with a caesar salad. This place has one of the best caesar salads… thick square shavings of cheese, fresh crunchy croutons, crisp lettuce, all tossed in caesar dressing. They do put quite a bit of dressing on the salad(which I love) but for those who do not, you would probably be better off asking for it on the side or even asking for light dressing. My pesto chicken sandwich was loaded with chicken and fixin’s. I loved it. It was the first time I ordered it and I would certainly order it again. My friend ordered one of the chef’s specials, which was essentially a meatball sub on ciabatta bread, and also ordered a caesar salad. She enjoyed her sandwich and her salad:(she would stop chewing every so often to «mmmm!») so I would say it was a hit! I frequent this restaurant every couple of months and I agree with other reviews that the service and food here can be hit or miss. Fortunately, today was a hit.

I love when my friends pick places to go to dinner because it exposes me to different restaurants and areas that I may otherwise never go to! I don’t think I had ever been to Gambrills before dining at 4 Seasons and the area is like a suburban mecca. This restaurant is located in, like, the ultimate shopping center. I could have spent hours beforehand shopping! In any case, my review of 4 Seasons will likely be briefer than most because I feel like my review isn’t really indicative of the norm. I feel like my dinner here was pretty mediocre, but I also think I ordered the wrong thing. To start with we ordered the Philadelphia steak roll appetizer. It’s essentially a cheesesteak eggroll. Despite my love of, and many years living in, Philadelphia, I actually don’t love cheesesteaks. But I felt like this eggroll had a lot of noticeable mushroom. Actually every bite I took had mushroom in it that seemed to throw things off for me with the texture. A real cheesesteak doesn’t have mushrooms like that. My inner former Philadelphian was kind of like«nooooo this isn’t right!» For my entrée I ordered the mignon salad, which comes with thinly sliced filet mignon, spring mix, pine nuts, roasted red peppers, crispy potatoes, gorgonzola cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette. I was pretty excited about this menu because they have a lot of salads that all sound amazing! And when they brought it out I was shocked by how big it was. But flavor wise it fell a little bit short. I didn’t need or want it to be drenched in balsamic, but a little more flavor would have been useful. Also the steak was definitely cooked well done. There was no pink inside. I don’t necessarily mind that, which is why I didn’t return it to the kitchen, but that was not supposed to be like that. My husband got the seafood mediterraneo, which is fettucine with sea scallops, shrimp, lump crab meat and a seafood bisque sauce, and it was AWESOME. I took one bite and cursed my stupid diet because I wish I ordered that instead. I definitely would come back here and would order very differently. I have no doubt that this place could be very good so I have confidence in them, and maybe less confidence in my decisions on what to order!

I have eaten here many times and have had many tasty meals. I agree with others to NOT get the crab mac and cheese. Friday night we stopped in for a special meal. Based on other Unilocal reviews I decided to try something new and ordered veal chesapeake. Wife had mediteranean seafood pasta. Everything looked great when served but it turned out that mine had zero flavour. I tried adding salt(3 times). I had seen another server offer cheese topping and so i tried that option = still no flavour. A manager came over and after explaining the situation she offered to get us a second plate of what my wife had ordered. GREAT. Disaster averted– sort of. It took 20 minutes to get the dish. By then the timing was off and we took the meal to go. For me … The anger that makes my blood boil(but that i did not chose to express and add more bitter taste«our special night» out) was in seeing how we were billed. So the manager had removed the $ 22 veal and had replaced it with the $ 25 seafood dish. FULLPRICE. Nothing comped. I did not need it for free although when taking the plate and disrupting the meal greatly, that would have been nice. BUTCOMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLETOGIVEMENODISCOUNTATALL. NOCOMPOFONEOFTHEGLASSESOFWINE… NOOFFEROFDESERT. And it really adds insult to a situation that could have been saved by being sure to get their extra 3 $. I have 10 years experience working in hospitality. We did not take our anger out on our server. And so all of this cost us $ 80 and while I hate to say I am never returning based on one bad experience; I have trouble imagining WHY I would ever chose to risk it again.

Last visit was: 9−11−15 The ONLY reason I keep coming back is because the food is so delicious and at a decent price! It’s never overly crowded which is nice because you would think that this would decrease the waiting time — NOTSO!!! The past 3 times that I visited — my husband and I waited for at least 10 minutes(after being seated) before someone finally came over to take our drink order but this was only after we notified one of the hostesses that just so happened to walk by. I can certainly understand being busy, but it is common courtesy to at least recognize your table within the first 2 – 3 minutes of being seated if nothing more than to introduce yourself as the person who will coming back to take taking the order once things calm down. No table/guest likes to feel ignored and unfortunately his is how we have felt 2 of the 3 past visits over the year! I tried booking a large room for an event here and unfortunately received the same bad customer service over the phone… not just once but TWICE!!! This place has GREATFOOD(I especially love the Blackened Salmon Salad) but AWEFUL customer service! I would ONLY recommend this place for take out orders.

I’ve been to this location a few times, but for some reason I always forget that it’s here. With so many new restaurants in the area, Four Seasons Grille sort of gets lost in the sauce. Not for the regulars and the people that know about it though, because for a early Saturday afternoon, it was really busy. The décor is dark, yet colorful… simple, yet classy. I really enjoy the food here and the extensive menu selection. Their wine list isn’t too shabby either. They have everything from flatbreads, to seafood options, to pastas. My dining companion is gluten free and they even had several options to choose from on their special gluten free menu. We ordered the hummus as an appetizer, clearly not my choice, but it was extremely bland. I normally wouldn’t have ordered it anyway, but I know not to ever order that again. I ordered the Ravioli Bolognese and it was really delicious! It was really flavorful and the portion size was very ample for one person. The prices were reasonable and since it’s in a strip mall, plenty of parking is available. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the evening. The restaurant has a very intimate setting and is a perfect spot for a date night, family night or girls night out. The lights were dimmed low and each table had candlelight flickering. Very nice option in the area to beat the hussle and bussle in the area. Glad I remembered FSG is still here because I need to put it back into my rotation. Awesome place!

I love this place, it never disappoints. The first few times I went there I got the same thing every time, the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It is delicious. The sauce is sweet and savory and adds a unique twist to typical chicken cordon bleu. The veggies that come with it are never mushy and not bland. The red-skinned mash potatoes are my favorite! Most recently though we went in on a Wednesday and found out that appetizers and drinks were half price. Though we didn’t drink, we ordered four apps between the two of us to share. We ordered the crab dip, the chicken lettuce wraps, the guacamole, and the meatballs. Everything was delicious I have no complaints. We also had great service, although we are always there between 4 – 5 before the dinner rush. I will definitely continue to eat at this restaurant.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the hostess basically ignored my family and we were the only people sitting there to be seated. Then when she finally spoke to us she didn’t ask how many would like to be seated or anything she basically asked why we were there. So that was very off putting. My families food was ok but I had the cream of crab soup and I am sick the next day.

Bar on a Fri night was very chill. They have a nice big dining area and outside seating. Mediterranean styled menu. Will definitely be back. I had late night apps and the autumn punch drinks everything was great. Can’t wait to return. I took a star because I have not tried their entrees as of yet to review.

Constantly disappointed here. Cr of crab soup barrly warm, asked for sherry for flavor. By the time it came, soup was cold. In MD, you gotta nail this soup, or just dont bother. Good blt salad. Black n blue burger came out RAW, ordered medium, after they tried it again, it was way past done, including the tomato and bun. No offer to refund without me asking. No mgr visit, but nice server. Beef peppercorn«filet mignon» tasted like flank steak with canned beef sauce. Horrible. Will only be back for cold beer while wife shops.

I really love this restaurant. It is usually quiet. The service is always good. Food is always great. Maybe not the most modern/hippest place, but you can count on it for a clean, pleasant environment and great food. Good place for a date. Lunch specials. Menu is pretty extensive, and they always have the chef’s picks for the day/week — which I usually order from bc I expect it to be freshest & seasonal. Cant find anything negative to say. For beer drinkers, there is no tap beer. But that is not an issue to me. Overall, great — and I RARELY give 5 stars. Their bread products are great and even kids chicken tenders are made out of real, good chicken.

Definitly fell in love with this place the first time around, but not so much the second. There isn’t much to add to my update except bad service. We ordered tasty buffalo chicken wraps, signature drinks and the orange fish and stuffed shrimp dishes… in addition, we ordered the«Crispy Mac & Cheese w/Crab» and OUTCAMEPLAINMAC&CHEESE, NOCRAB… seeing as tho it was the only Mac option on the menu, I was quite confused. They took it back, dropped a chunk of crab meat on it and brought it back out. No crispy. No reheat. No quality service. As I used to work in the restaurant business, I don’t give people a hard time, but we were the only of 3 tables there that night and it’s the only option of Mac on the menu… how hard could it be to serve it properly the first time?
