I recently purchased a bedroom shade from this store and dealt with Liz Irwin. Today I went back to tell her I had a complaint; I have nothing to complain about. Most times when dealing with stores today the expectation is that you’ll be disappointed at some point in the process; well not in this case. She was friendly, knew her product, very helpful and made the purchase easy. The service recommended to measure and install were professional and easy to deal with. The shade arrived as scheduled and precisely what we ordered. I don’t often recommend stores but I felt this was such an outstanding experience I had to share it with others.
