Ive been with verizon for almost 2 years and my expierence has been pretty smooth. Went there yesterday after work around 7 beause my boyfriends iphone was falling apart and we needed to find a solution. didnt expect to leave there with a new 2 iphones 6s but i did! The sales rep whi assisted me was extremly helpfull, i believe his name is maliksu. I got all my questions answered and he was able to assist me in finding a better plan to prevent me from getting overcharged for extra Data. Long story short my personal expierence was lovely!

The lack of effort and want to help us as customers has been unacceptable. This is our third time coming in trying to upgrade phones and sign new contracts yet they don’t seem to care whatsoever.
They seem bothered when we ask questions and act as though they don’t have the time.
Two guys (one with dreds) just stand up front talking to each other. No concern or care at all to help the customers in the store.
Would NOT recommend this place if you want to be helped.

I have to agree with pretty much all of the previous reviewers, the service at this Verizon location is abysmal. You can come in, place your name on a list, and then stand around the store waiting for someone to call your name.
