This place is absolutely terrible! They have terrible customer service. When I bought my iPhone with my screen protector here last year, I was told that if anything ever happened to the screen protector I would be able to bring it back to this store and get a new one. When I came they did not honor this and told me something different. After some time had passed The associate who was«helping» me told her manager«Even though [she] is helping that(aka me), can [she] go do something.» She literally referred to a customer as «that»! At the time I was on the phone with customer service which is why I didn’t not say anything, but the manager(Nikki) did not say a word and basically allowed the associate to disrespect me. Thankfully customer service helped, and they are sending me two free screen protectors because this retail store did not honor their word. Please do not go to this store they do not care about their customers.

I see some other reviews that match my experience. I was in a jam, needed to charge my phone before work tomorrow. Representative Kevin C. was rude from the beginning. I realize it was close to closing, but I’m not the type to hassle. Just wanted to see if a charger or battery could fix my problem. When explaining my dilemma his face said«I don’t care at all what you say». Also he tried opening my phone without my permission. I think since I wasn’t buying a phone form him, he didn’t want to be bothered servicing any customer. Perhaps he is a relative of the owner and feels immune to complaints. Whatever his problem is, he is bad for this store and company. A nice woman, a manager named Dawn answered my questions and was quite knowledgable. Oh yeah, Kevin C. was an iPhone guy, maybe that’s why he was rude b/c I have a Samsung. Whatever the case, he was unshaven and obnoxious. Blank stares without answering, the whole bit. He didn’t even know me, I was just a customer and he was totally rude! If this guy is let loose to pursue other opportunities, I will revise this review to positive. Dawn was pleasant, informative and helpful.

We have been loyal customers of AT&T for years and this was always our go-to store. However, my two daughters recently received upgrades to the iPhone 6 for Christmas and before the phones were purchased, I was assured multiple times that my phone bill would NOT increase. The associates in this store completely lied to me, as my phone bill has now increased to over $ 1,000 for the year, as we have to pay for the phones’ installments. The phone company as a whole manipulated my family into purchasing new phones and now we are paying the price. AT&T should be ashamed of their business practices!!! On the plus side, Verizon looks great.

Amazing experience at this store. I was here two times in the last two days, each time I received amazing service and was out in 20 minutes or less(awesome, since I had expected to be there each time for atleast an hour). They provided me with complimentary services(ie: sim card) that a previous AT&T store tried to charge me $ 20. Friendly and accomodating. Danny and Christian are two fantastic reps and are exemplary models of customer service. Thank you for your help.

This is one of the better AT&T stores on Long Island in the past. But I no longer go to the store! Here is my suggestion for the best AT&T Store In all of Long Island I now recommend the AT&T store in the Roosevelt field shopping center. This particular store in the Roosevelt Field shopping center is the best AT&T store to buy an iPhone and assorted equipment.

Holy cow, I was in here for over 2 and a half hours. My fiancé, my mom and I have a family plan and needed new phones, there phones were ancient and simple flip phones that were terrible. The rep was so amazing, he put up with all of my moms 5 billion simple tech questions(she didn’t even know how to text) and really spent so much time and patience with us. His name was Anthony and was so tolerant, knowledgeable and helpful, my fiancé said… «Anthony, you are the only sales man I can say I actually like» haha. Anthony looked into our service plan and saw we have been overpaying for about 2 years. We got 2 iphones for about $ 50 each and we will actually have a lower bill(because we were overcharged) amazing how that worked out! Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was blasting!!! Even the sales reps were cold :) so if you go in the summer, make sure you bring a sweater!

* Mobile phone store with good customer service — WTF!!! * I’m always shocked when a mobile phone company store actually provides good service. Had to give assistance to help someone change their AT&T plan around, and brought them here to do it. Amazingly the staff knew what they were doing, were friendly, had a positive attitude, and got the job done in mere minutes. Fabulous!

I bought my iPhone here and it was an absolute pleasure! And I kid you not when I say, I felt like a weight had been lifted(the weight being the Blackberry Storm… literally and metaphorically)! Since then, I’ve returned for an upgrade and accessories and even though the store was busy, I received help immediately(Do you hear that, Verizon?!?). Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable!
