We had Jim install our glue down hard woods 2 years ago and he did a great job. We needed some floating laminate in our living room so we contacted him. He came out the same week and finished in less than a day. The floors look amazing and his prices are super reasonable.

I hired JMC to install laminate flooring in a rental property about mid-​year 2012. Two years later now mid-​year 2014 the floor has buckled so badly that it actually makes a very loud noise that sounds like firecrackers when walking on the floor. I contacted the installer and basically he said they only guarantee their work for 1 year. When was the last time that a floor lasted only 2 years? Well he refuses to honor his work. I am having to pay someone else to fix his work.
Do not use this company, they do work that is designed to last only a year. I need work that can last much longer than that.
