The folks here at Verizon Wireless Garland are always very helpful. Mike, Koen, and the rest of the folks are always so willing to lend a hand and are very informative. Leadership here seems on point. Great job guys. Thank you

I thought the associate was unhelpful and snarky. She asked me questions that she could have found by looking at my account (which she had already pulled up) and she refused to let me pull the SIM card from my old phone so she could activate a new one instead. Because of this I was at the store for a half hour longer than necessary, and even when I left the new phone wasn’t fully activated.

The associate, Aman, was really friendly and answered all my fiancé’s questions. Beware if you visit close to closing time b/​c even if you decide on a purchase, they can’t sell it to you after the set closing time.
