My daughter had her hair done for prom on Saturday! Great service and great job by the staff! Everyone was so friendly and nice!

Just moved from out of state. Should have left when they asked me to sign a sheet of paper with the cost quoted for my haircut, color, and highlights, never ever have had to do this before. I should have again walked out when noticing that I did not like any of the customers or stylists’ haircuts. Showed the colors that were previously used by my stylist from another state, stylist at Breeze said okay and then proceeded to use totally different colors. Color is acceptable, but really not what I wanted. Haircut is horrible, looks like a bowl was put on my head and cut around. Showed stylist pictures with the type of layering I wanted and received no layering. Haircut was 99% done with dry hair and done horribly. So uneven, I had to cut the hair near my ear when I got home so it was even on both sides. No product used in my hair, nothing to give definition, even though the stylist (Shelly) agreed that she understood this is what I wanted. The salon was cold, unfriendly, not even offered a magazine while I sat for 45 minutes, supposed to be 30, after she applied the color. No sleeves to put over my glasses to not get color on them while I looked at my phone, she handed me 2 pieces of tinfoil for me to wrap around which was difficult since I didn’t have my glasses on, she didn’t even offer to help. After washing my hair the stylist put a very hot towel on my head for 20 seconds and stuck her hand in front of my face and said breathe, breathe what? It would have been nice to tell me what she was having me breathe in, weird… It took over 3 hours for all of this, usually it’s a 1 ½ hour process. I was going to complain but I did not want them to fix it as I did not like any of the other haircuts I saw happening in the salon. $ 120 down the drain and I will never return, extremely disappointed.

I got my first brazilian done here by Tori, she did a great job! I was expecting lots of pain, bruising and swelling from what other people have told me, however I experienced NONE of that. Since I was a «model» for Tori’s training her instructor Chandra was there assisting the whole time and she was very informative and professional, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time and that the proper techniques we’re being used. The inside of the salon is very pretty and looks very high class, I LOVED the decorative bamboo on the ceilings! My complaint however it that it was hard to find in the shopping center because its hidden by a huge tree and they dont have their salon on the directory map so even though I showed up early I was late for my appointment because I couldn’t find the salon in the shopping center which was a little frustrating.

The worse manicure, when I got home I had to redo my color, had pits in the color. I don’t know, other then she sprayed them with something. I had to to ask her to clean under my nails! Never going back and it cost more then normal!

I’m thankful I found this salon. They are close, helpful, friendly, and Kate– my stylist– has been amazing the two times I have seen her. I highly recommend.

Crystal was amazing. I had my hair destroyed, worst cut of my life, but I came in and Crystal did an awesome job fixing it. I love it now. But Shelly colored my hair and it’s horrible. I told her I wanted a honey brown color and NOT to put red in the dye because it looks terrible with my skin tone. So what did she do? She put red in it. Way to listen to your customer, Shelly. I recommend not having Shelly do your hair.

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been coming to Nicole Eagle for a little over a year now, and she is — hands down — the best hair stylist I have ever gone to. She always has my hair’s best interest in mind. I originally came in with very dark brown box color hair (dyed at home!) and wanted to go back to being my normal bright blond self. One year later, and I am blonder than I’ve ever been, and somehow my hair is healthier than it’s ever been! I am getting my hair done by her next week on my wedding day, and wouldn’t have it done by anyone else. Nicole is THE BEST! And the Breeze experience overall is so great! Complimentary hand massage while I’m in the chair… are you kidding me? Yes please! I love getting my hair done — is is truly a SPA experience, not just a run of the mill hair salon.

Best haircut in over a year. Love the pampering and spa experience in the shampoo & condition part. I didn’t have to go home & redo the style. Bernd listened and did exactly what I asked for. Amazing experience!

Love Keight (hair) for understanding what I say and ask for, however obtuse. Love Chandra (facials) for making me look like a million.
The phone appointment scenario is a disaster.

I have been going to Breeze off and on for 2 years. Generally I have been satisfied; I contributed the extra $ to the hand and scalp massage, warm towels etc, which I enjoyed. The even fixed my color at no cost. But today stopped me in my tracks. After waiting 40 min. past my appt. time, my stylist and I agreed to «just touch up» the sparse gray strands and a quick cut. My hair is cut in a pixie– very short. After 2 ½ hrs. and my stylist saying she figured the cost a little different so it would be cheaper, my bill was $ 175.00! Cheaper? I just spent a weeks worth of groceries on my hair. Not to mention feeling humiliated when the receptionist asked if I wanted to add a gratuity and all I could say was «I can’t’… Expensive lesson learned. Never again.

Last Sat. 1÷10÷15 I had an appointment with Natasha as a new client. Wanting something completely different than what I had currently and Natasha delivered. Being a new client Natasha to her time listening to what I wanted, she let me know what was achievable with the condition my hair was in at present. She did a corrective color, highlight and a really cute bob cut if I do say so myself. Everything thing turned out awesome Natasha did an extremely great job. I already have my next appt. set. If you are looking for a stylist in Georgetown you should give her a try.

I am a procrastinator and finally made the call to set up a time to have my arms waxed. I called at 11:40am on a Saturday and was setup at noon. What a quick appointment time!
I go in (been here once before) and am greeted. I was informed that Brandi was going to be helping me out in the spa area so I was walked back to the back and was offered a water which I declined. I was only there for a few minutes.
Bradi was very cool. We talked about various things, shared a few laughs and had an overall very good experience. For $ 20 you can’t really beat the service and the smiles

I usually come in here every 6 weeks to 9 weeks to get my highlights touched up. I haven’t been in a few months due to financial matters. My hair is really long so it cost a fortune here to do, that being said, shouldn’t I get the same treatment? I currently am in the store writing my review, I walked in and let the front desk girl I was earlier and I was going to sit down and don’t mind waiting. Usually they ask you for something to drink and if you need anything. Well she never asked me, barely said a word, than when this obviously wealthy women walked in who was a regular and she knew the customers name, asked her if she could get her something to drink and was super pleasant to her because she looked «rich». Well, money’s money isn’t it? I love breeze but I think this will be the last time I come here, the front desk girl made me feel less than standard.

Me and my 5 and 7 year olds get our hair cut here. Maggie cuts my hair– she is amazing!!! She explains why, how, what… let’s me know exactly what she is doing. Plus recommend best product and shows me how to fix my new cut, this make my life easy!!!
My kids have had different stylist but each have been great, they are so nice and kind to my kids. Not only do my children’s hair look wonderful, they enjoyed getting a hair cut here!

I’ve been to several hair salons between Round Rock and Georgetown only once or twice, however I am very happy to finally have found Breeze and will definitely stick with it. It’s an Aveda salon, and while the products there are obviously pricier than the drug store, you can use something a few times and bring it back if you don’t like it. The staff has always been friendly, and the place is always clean. The best part is getting a head massage during the shampoo. If I had a billion dollars I would get my hair washed there like every day. They also offer complimentary hand massages during your visit. Between the massages and warm hairdryers, I just want to take a nap in the chair. It’s soothing. But anyway, my haircut always comes out great too. Kaitlyn is awesome. She’s very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to hair cutting and styling. I hope she’s around for a long time!

Love this hair salon… I can’t believe it but I have been going for over 5 years. My absolute favorite stylist just decided to stay home with her family (love you Jenna) but there are many other ladies there that do a fabulous job. I will continue to come to Breeze for years! — Stephanie House

Me and my bridal crew went to Breeze on the day of my wedding for hair and makeup. What a great experience. They give hand massages and try to make your visit there as relaxing as possible. Our hair looked great, only drawback was the flower girl didn’t get any hairspray applied… her mother wasn’t happy about that. So don’t be shy and ask for more hair spray… you’re paying for it!
The service was excellent. I chose the package that I thought included mimosas, but they didn’t have them on hand. So they actually went to the store to get some! How awesome is that?!

Every service I get is perfect every time. Today I went it for a dramatic change. I cut 12 inches off my hair and added bold highlights. Megan DeMarco did a FABULOUS job! (Ask for her!) She was patient with me (I was nervous!) and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve been searching for a permanent stylist and I’ve found her at Breeze! The entire staff is very accommodating and friendly. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Breeze!
