The gals here are always great! It’s like hanging out with friends!
The store is always setup well and of course smells good!!!
And they aren’t coupon stingy.
They always greet you, tell you about new scents, promotions and upcoming promotions.

I came to this store after having purchased some candles at the round rock store the day before. I ended up not liking the way the candles smelled so I wanted to trade them for different fragrance. The associates at the store were completely helpful and made it super easy to switch the candles for new ones. I also like that they don’t follow you around and hound you to smell everything. I like great customer service and part of great customer service is knowing when to leave me alone to sniff 100 candles! So thank you!!! All in all I always happy when I shop at this location. Clean, well organized, and well stocked.

Friendly, helpful staff and CLEAN store make this one a favorite of mine. Its quite a bit out of the way (for me) but I go to this one if I’m around the BBW Outlet store and they don’t have what I’m looking for.

First to review? Yeah! Ok, I have to admit I am obsessed with BBW products. The products are amazing and I am always excited to try their new items. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and excited about their own product, which is refreshing. I have noticed a few price changes over the past couple of years, however they always have coupons which helps off set the increased prices.
