Where to even begin with this place? We have been using this specific Walgreens for over a year to fill my daughters prescription, and the drivethru is so. Slow, it’s pretty ridiculous. If you have 2 cars in front of you be prepared to wait 30 minutes. That was tolerable until the last time I filled a prescription, our insurance company sent us new insurance cards when we had about a month and a half left of the plan, I didn’t even give it any thought until I couldn’t get my daughters prescription because the card they had on file wasn’t going through. I didn’t have the new insurance card with me and there wasn’t anything they could do, according to the woman working. I was livid, but more so with our insurance than with Walgreens. So I paid the full amount and they told me I would get a refund when I brought the new insurance card, so I brought it up there 2 days later and they couldn’t give me a refund because their registers weren’t working that day.
I came in around 12, so for 5 hours their registers weren’t working and their pharmacy was also not able to fill prescriptions, which I think is ridiculous. Anyway, the last bottle they gave me is defected, I can’t unscrew the top to save my life and now I guess I have to go back up there, 30 miles out of my way, to get a new bottle. They never give me new syringes with a new prescription and they also never include the stopper to keep the medicine from spilling. We won’t be using this Walgreens anymore.

Prescription was ready. The transaction was medication educational was informal and enlightening.
I presented one hand written prescription also the product is not stocked. Another Walgreens service center was called.
Attendant offered to text me when the special order item is available for pickup.
Excellent customer service.

Great store. I can get in and out really quick. The print quality in the photo lab is really good.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are so inept in filling prescriptions that it is beyond ridiculous. Hire someone that knows what they are doing.

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE!
I dropped off my sons prescription at 3 and they tell me it is not ready at 9:30 when i go pick it up. They said it would all be ready in the morning! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! The rude woman I gave the prescription to told me it would take 30 minutes and now I have to wait an extra day! Where was my phone call to tell me this? I would have taken my ass back up there to pick up the original prescription and got it filled at walmart.
Do not waist your time with this place!
I wouldn’t even rate their customer service a 2!
