If I could post less than one star I would. I took my irons to have new UST Mamiya Proforce graphite shafts installed. I provided new graphite shafts, still individually packaged, to the club repairer. A day later, I received the shafts back. The logos on each shaft was positioned in a random style. One of the new shafts had a nick on it. The sales clerk apologized and promised to have the shafts installed correctly and to replace the damaged shaft. Upon pickup of the reworked clubs, the owner acknowledged that they were installed incorrectly but took no responsibility for the damaged shaft. If you don’t stand behind your work then don’t provide club repair. If you only take responsibility for your own products then say that up front or say you don’t install customer provided shafts, Period. On a good note, Ryan did a great job on realigning the shafts.

Lots of great merchandise. Spent 20 min in the store without any of the three members of the staff speaking to me as picked up several items. I was one of two customers in the store. I would have made a purchase had they made an effort.

Friendly people who know what they are doing, great prices and service.

We just love this store and the staff. They are always very helpful and kind. I was trying to buy a new putter for my husband’s birthday and they took the time and effort to help me find just the right one. I never felt rushed. He was very happy with it but they assured me if there was any problem, they would help him find a better fit. We know they have good product lines and competitive prices. And they have a great location. Will definitely use them again.

I have visited this store on several occassions and have found it to be one of the best golf shops I have ever been in. Good selection, good fair pricing, a fantastic repair man who can refurbish clubs as well as repair them, a great teaching pro, and courteous service. It is well worth the drive from Austin (about 25 minutes via hwy 183 and hwy29). I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a a good deal in club repar, instruction, or a set of golf clubs. They even have a customer appreciation night the last Thursday of the month where door prizes are given and there is a grand prize drawing that you can be eligible for if you have purchased at least $ 50.00 worth of murchandise during the month.

The Golf Ranch is great for your golf needs. Fair prices and great service from Dan and staff. Very friendly.

This place is fantastic. I purchased a set of Muzino irons for my son and they were very helpful. Took more than enought time to make sure the fitting was perfect. Great selection of items and a great place to support local business. Thanks for a great experience.
