I stopped in for some seat cushions a few days ago, and was greeted by Richard upon entering. He was very helpful and friendly, and helped me locate a match to an outdoor chair cushion. When trying to find a match for a pillow, he contacted another Pier 1 and requested that they check to see if they still had one in stock. When that fell through, he offered to contact another store for me. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, but that’s exactly what I found during this visit. Not just good, but exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
