Delivery vehicle, a maroon SUV with male driver, last week ran a stop sign in my family friendly neighborhood, at what seemed like excessive speed. Called the Sheriff to report. spoke with a manager Brittney at Mr. Gattis to report. Do you want a speeding, stop sign running company delivering pizza in your neighborhood? I too would give them no stars if possible.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location a few times and have been satisfied. My orders are accurate and on-time. I really enjoy the vast topping options and the«well-done» option. I haven’t had a personal experience with the staff, so I can’t answer to the attitude issues. Hopefully there is an experienced manager on staff who can keep the staff motivated on providing excellent customer service.

No stars if possible. I wish they could just get it right. There are always issues with this location. When they deliver they always mess up the order, show up late and it’s cold not to mention they always forget the ranch. This time I picked up and it’s still not cooked all the way and they forgot the ranch. Last time going to this crap location. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Pretty lousy customer service at this location. Called in to order a pizza for pickup and spoke with Michael at 9pm. We tried to order a medium with sauce on half and light sauce on the other half. He advised he was unable to make a pizza«like that». I mentioned other pizzerias were able to and asked if it’s not that he couldn’t but WOULDNT. He replied with«yep» and I told him I’d get my pie someplace else. Manhattan Pie Company is in the same shopping center and they took care of us with an amazing pizza and friendly staff. Go there, not this crappy Gattis locale.

This review is actually for two Mr. Gatti’s locations, this one and the to-go one in Round Rock. We’d been out of Texas for several years and when we moved back to Georgetown, we were looking forward to have a Gatti’s pizza. We ordered one for delivery and they told us they didn’t deliver to our area. Seemed odd as we saw Papa Johns and Domino’s guys out here all the time. Oh well, we told them we’d pick it up. We did and it didn’t seem as good as we remembered, sparse ingredients, little cheese, flavorless. We chalked it up to an indifferent crew and thought we’ll try the one in Round Rock next time. Well, turns out that it was also not real yummy and the RR folks seemed a little cranky. I had given the guy at the register some change along with the bills to minimize the change that I would get back. This caused some sort of cranial lockup so the mgr lady showed up, positive that I was playing some kind of Jedi mind trick on him to achieve financial security in my old age. Eventually I was able to convince her that the problem was that she didn’t allow the guy to wear sandals so he could use his toes for math and our transaction was completed. But, I came away with the understanding that ‘She’s got her eye on me, buddy!’ . Anyway, lousy pizza plus bad attitude so we thought, let’s try GT one more time. We did, same weak pizza. Certainly not the best pizza in town. So, before we give up on a store we usually call and discuss any problems we might be having. Most times, the mgmt is unaware, appreciate the feedback and try to correct the problems. So, we called our local(GT) store and told them that Gattis had always been our favorite pizza and we were kind of disappointed in our most recent purchases. The manager took it under advisement and suggested that we get our pizzas elsewhere. Sounded like good advice.
