I will never visit this establishment again. Tonight I went for dinner, it took the sever 10 mins to come great us 7 mins to bring our drinks and then ordered 3 stakes all at medium well one came out medium rare the other two came out well done. We spoke with the waitress who fight with us that they were right instead of just fixing them. At this point we asked for one to be brought to a eatable temp and we would leave the other two. The stake came back out and it was burned on top from where the put it on the highest fire they could to just get it done. It was not able to be eaten. After a horrible experience and being argued with by the waiter and manager i can say we will never go back again.

This place has the best food in the area. Better than anything you can get at the RIO, I have tried Coastal Flats, Copper Canyon, and Ruths Chris. And both price and service I will choose Long Horn, Coastal Flats is a close second but they don’t have BBQ.

The environment is nice and the price is reasonable. Waiters are friendly. In rare cases it takes time for the food to be ready.

I live near by this location. There are plenty of choices of places to go but I always find myself back here sitting at the bar. I’m not sure if it is because the food is always good and the steaks/burgers are always cooked accurately or the great company I always have at the bar with there awesome bartender Dominick. He always presents with a warm greeting and a nice cold correctly made drink. I highly suggest coming to this location it is worth the trip.

My visit proved to be well executed! We pulled into the parking lot intending to go to Red Robin; however, there was a mob seen next door at iHop; it was National Pancake Day!!! Lol! My host and I split up; she ordered in the store from Red Robin; I called in my pickup order to Longhorn! I was very, very pleased: salmon broiled exactly to perfection, baked sweet potato– excellent(no sugar required), and asparagus was delicious(used one of my favorite tricks) with some of the vinaigrette dressing splashed over, as well as on my mixed green salad. My dinner was enough for two meal; I may have just become a fan of take out, instead of dine in!!!

Not very impressed with my experience. My party included 7 people that were crammed at a small table. Not only did our food take over an hour to arrive, but when I received my grilled chicken and strawberry salad, half of the chicken was pink and not cooked properly. This location seemed to be very understaffed. Our female server, made a comment about how there were only four people working when I asked for a water refill.

Came for a family birthday lunch, and the service was absolutely disappointing. The waiter, Dania(?) told us information that was unnecessary to tell a table you are serving. Food took a while, orders were wrong, entrees weren’t cooked correctly. Empty dishes and empty glasses piled up, and nothing was cleared until we had to ask. Everyone just seemed very negligent. They need to do some hiring…

I have been here about a dozen times over the years on friday nights before watching a movie in the nearby theater. Never had any complaints, great service, tasty food, good portion sizes. The food also comes out pretty fast. A solid choice for steak in the Germantown area.

We were Very disappointment with the restaurant at first. We were placed on our table and it took over an hour, an 1:45 min to be exact. Still No food. We should had walked away after it took 10 min to get hour drink order. But, we invested so much time waiting, that we decided to stay. Food was ok and undercook. However I am rating 4 starts because the waiter and manager did everything to make the experience better. After three hours. We received a 25% discount, free deserts, a steak on the house. At the end we wear very satisfy. Will definitely come back and give it another try. Thanks Mike for fixing our experience.

Most of the restaurants in this parking lot are terrible. I had never been to LS but since we are new to the area we wanted to cover all bases and were pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the waitress even tipped us on how to get more while paying less. The food was amazing, from the appetizer to the shrimp to the steaks. The kids food was great, the Mule drinks were good, the bill was decent. Don’t be surprised if you saw me here often.

Great service! Great food! A bit pricey but well content at the end of your meal. I always have the best customer service coming here. Food is always so tasty never felt like I wasn’t paying for what I gained in return.

The particular night we went it wasn’t that crowded but the service wasn’t great. The waiter rarely came and checked on us. When our food came my steak was like warm and I had to get another waiter attention to her or sent back. My son wanted ketchup and again it was another waiter that got it. When the steak came back it was still only like warm but at that point I didn’t want to send it back. My drink was refilled and the waiter never checked on us. He did bring the check but another waitress cashed us out after seeing my credit card sitting on the table for 15 minutes. Doubt if I will be going back to this location.

4 stars for the meal. 5 stars for the service. 4.5 stars overall Our server Liz, was excellent! Hands down, some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. She was attentive, but funny and very personable. She really paid attention to the little things and made us feel comfortable and welcome. My boyfriend always steals the orange slice from my Blue Moon, so this particular evening I decided to get the jump on him and take his. Liz must have noticed the citrus caper in progress as she walked away because soon after, she swung by our table and discreetly placed a small plate of orange slices next to him. She really made our visit a lot of fun and we’ll definitely be back to see her. For apps, we ordered the sweet chili calamari and the fried green tomatoes. Wasn’t a big fan of the glaze(to be fair, I’m a calamari«purist», and I prefer mine lightly fried with a side of marinara), but boyfriend thought it was great. The fried green tomatoes were thick, juicy, meaty slices, fried just enough to give the coating a nice crisp and drizzled with a kind of remoulade sauce(which was just a bit too heavy on the mayo for me), and an additional serving of sauce on the side. Good choice. I highly recommend, just without the extra dipping sauce. For entrees, he ordered the parmesan crusted ribeye while I ordered the sirloin. My steak was good: I just had a little bit of an issue with the plating. There was SOMUCHPLATE for my little 8 oz sirloin and mashed potatoes. It just looked odd… like something was missing. Didn’t impact the flavor though: my steak was delicious, even though it was a bit overcooked. Hey, I didn’t even notice until about halfway through, so that should tell you something. I wasn’t crazy about the mashed potatoes, but I wanted to order something other than my go-to Longhorn side dish: the baked sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Next time though, I’ll go back to ordering that. As for boyfriend as his ribeye, I thought he was going to propose to that thing. When the server brought it to the table, it looked like a snow-capped meat mountain. I thought it would be just a light dusting of parm on his steak… no. This thing was covered in cheese, and that man LOVES his cheese. I managed to get a bite or two and it was good… a little too much cheese for a steak, but if you like cheese the way that he does, then by all means go for it. We’ve been anxious to check out this location since we moved to the area and we’re very glad we did. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This was my second time eating LongHorn, but my first time actually going to the restaurant. The first time I had eaten LongHorn, someone had ordered take-out for me. The take-out was very delicious, so I decided to make my way into a restaurant. When I first arrived, I took a good look around and was immediately skepical on whether the food and service were going to be good because it was fairly empty for a Sunday evening. I’d figure it must be a little light due to the restaurants dealing with the decline of customers during the summer months, but eventually more guests arrived. Another thing that stuck out at me was that awful stale odor of the restaurant. The insides didn’t smell fresh at all and it smelled like the walls should be wiped down on a weekly basis to rid this location of that awful lingering food smell. I also didn’t like how they have a table right infront of the entrance to the restroom. Yuck!!! I sat down and was greeted by a very nice waitress. She told me the current LongHorn specials and made some recommendations of what I should order. I ended up getting chili cheese fries as my appetizer and the 8 oz New York Strip special as my entrée. The chili cheese fries could use a little more seasoning and taste on them, but it satsified my craving for them once I dipped them into the ranch dressing several times. I ordered the steak well done and it tasted phenomenal. My entrée came with corn on the cobb and macaroni and cheese. The corn on the cobb could have used some more butter, but it was sweet and delicious. The mac and cheese was pretty good for a steak house. My finance ordered the full slab of ribs and the meat was falling right off the bone. The pieces of meat was tender and the barbeque sauce made them delicious. LongHorn really out-did themselves. I definitely will return. The service and taste of the food really outshined the negative things I had to say about them.

This was the place before ending up at Sabai Sabai… thanks! We walked in, and had to wait for the Hostess to turn around and greet us. Once she did, it took her a few more minutes to figure out where to place us. We initially headed for the Bar Area, but there was small children present, so we ended up in the dining area. Our«supposedly» to be Server, came over about 5 minutes after we were seated, and said, «Give me a few seconds, I’m going to take this table’s drink order». Not only did he take their drink order, after he brought their drinks out, he took their food order as well. He elected not say anything or acknowledge us, nor have the gumption to have anyone else stop by our table. Heck, didn’t even get the bread. We bounced. Usually I’d reference the horrible customer service in a friendly manner of course, yet I was so hungry I let it pass and would Unilocally let it be known this location exuded terrible customer service. I’ve never experienced a bad visit to any LHS, especially during my time in Charlotte, as all of those locations were top notched. I was very surprised to this area’s lack of basic customer service and courtesy. I won’t try this location again, for any reason.

Came here for Father’s Day dinner and waited around 25 – 30 min. for our table of 3(long wait time was expected). Our server just came to take our drink orders, deliver the bread/drinks, and to give us the check. Most of our interaction was with the food runners and a lady that had a headset walking around asking how our meal/experience was. My rating is not based on wait time or the server, but the entrees. My husband ordered a Ribeye(not the Outlaw one) with mashed potatoes and fries, my daughter had the grilled tenders with mixed fruit, and I ordered Flo’s Filet with corn and fries. I believe the best entrée was the appetizer: the Wild West Shrimp. For $ 10, it was well worth the quantity and quality. However, my corn was dry, and my filet didn’t have enough flavor. My husband/daughter did enjoy their food, though.

Service: Slow Food: Hot, juicy, flavorful Environment: Cold, busy We had 6 people in our party for my brother in law’s birthday. We waited 30 minutes for our table. The waiter didn’t seem too pleased with us; he never smiled. He gave me the impression that he didn’t care to be working but at least that didn’t affect the food. Like«hey, i’m here what do you want». It was so so cold where we were seated. If my jacket didn’t get in the way of my food, I would have worn it the entire time. Our side salads were decent. I had the raspberry vinaigrette while everyone else had thousand island. If you’ve never tried vinaigrette, you should most definitely try this one. Luckily the salad was a huge portion because I had a lot of bad pieces in mine. Everyone, of course, got steak. They were all perfectly cooked with more than enough seasoning. The mashed potatoes were a little too buttery. Broccoli wasn’t over steamed and was bland; the way I like it. Overall, dinner and company was good. Service needs to be worked on but that didn’t take away from the meal.

Stopped in for lunch. Sat at the bar… best decision ever! My ice tea glass was never empty and when I couldn’t decide which burger to order, it was recommended that I get the black and blue burger and add bacon. Genius! My combo also came with a soup so I chose the shrimp and lobster chowder. The chowder had lots of shrimp(I counted over 10) and the potato and corn hit the spot. The burger was impressive. Third pound of beef with melted blue cheese. Combo comes with chips smothered in a cheese sauce. Yum! I only ate half my burger because I wanted something sweet. I could not make up my mind so I chose the sampler to go. A slice of chocolate stampede cake and chocolate mousse; piece of apple cobbler with ice cream; and a slice of cheesecake. The best part is she separated all the sauces so I could pour them on when I ate them. Luckily there was ice cream and I had to eat it right away. None of the desserts stood up to the standard of my burger. If you are a chocolate fan, go for the stampede but skip the other two.
