Customer service is pitiful, showed employee the punch card where if you purchase any six Blizzard treats at regular price you get a 12oz. Blizzard Treat free. I purchased 3 large last weekend then two large & one mini today & the employee refused to punch my card saying, «the mini doesn’t qualify for the punch.» I called and spoke to a very disrespectful man who just hung up on me. Save money & go to McDonalds for a Shiver or Wendy’s for a Frosty. Their customer service, alone, puts a shame on this Dairy Queen.

THEBESTDQINTHEWORLD!!! They have all the blizzard flavors, the staff is unbelievably friendly & helpful, and they make their ice cream cakes from scratch! When I commented that I thought the ice cream cakes were made at a main plant, the young man who was in the middle of creating the cakes said, «Yes, most do, but we tried them & they didn’t taste as good, so we make our ice cream cakes ourselves.» I know it is just ice cream, but we had an amazing experience & wished we lived closer!

what can we write about DQ. The people are real nice and the vanilla ice cream cone tasted exactly like the vanilla ice cream cone I have had at the DQ restaurants in CA, AZ, CT, NJ and other states… It is nice things are the same through out the stores and you can rely on the taste being good.

Not sure if the staff here could be any more friendly. This location has the small-town hangout feel to it, with everyone coming from all walks and ages. They had an awesome selection of choices for blizzards – something you don’t find at every location since they are independently owned and stocked differently. Honestly, my desserts here may have been the highlight of my dining experiences in Gettysburg.
