Wendy’s

I had not noticed the low stars for this store or I would have gone to a different place. I waxed nostalgic for a Wendy’s and now have that itch forever scratched. The food was the same as it would be in Omaha, or whoever, drier than usual but that may owe to the Pretzel bun’s dryness.
This locations problem is its lackadaisical staff, who when not being inattentive were not interested in working. The restroom (men’s) was filthy and trash overflowing. The staff was always playing grab ass with each other and even after several persons told them the beverage genie was without ice, they did not understand or act on such knowledge. Ice had to be requisitioned from the order counter; once you could interrupt their conversation and beg assistance.
Good thing these franchises are designed to print money, this staff barely attended minimal tasking even with the buzzers which direct their work.

Very pleased with service. Appreciated that the staff understood the process for serving someone with Gluten allergy. Supervisor instructed staff to change gloves before touching my food. Good job Wendys!

Stay away from this place! The service is horrible. The kids that work there spent the entire time we were in the restaraunt arguing amongst themselves. The bathroom was filthy and there were flies in the dining area. The tables and floor were dirty and we had to wipe the table down before letting my kids sit. I’ve been here before and complained before and this restaraunt is still the armpit of the Wendy’s chain.
