What a surprise! We found this spot while taking a stroll to our Segway tour, they offer an amazing selection of cupcakes and their own Cruznut, a combination of a croissant and a donut, warning these are delicious and addicting! The staff are friendly and they offer plenty of seating in the back if you have a larger group. We were very impressed that we picked up a couple more to take to our hotel after our tour! Keep up the great job and thank you!!!

Just had the cannoli cupcake… for someone who is obsessed with anything cannoli-this hit the spot! Great coffee and fantastic pastries/cookies/cupcakes. Everything super fresh… like coming out of the oven fresh :)

The cupcakes are divine. I don’t even think words can describe the rich, fresh ingredients used to bake these heavenly fluffs of goodness. The staff and owner were so friendly. Definitely a must try!!!

I’ve been to a few upscale cupcake shops and have generally been underwhelmed. The huge lines amp up the expectations and I have walked away knowing I tried it. This place is more my style. Very relaxed and low key. First time in ordered espresso and latte, hand made in front of us and both were pretty damn good. I wanted cookie and cream flavor in mine, and they added chocolate whip cream and cookie crumbles. Once blended it was perfect. The cupcakes do taste great too. Just like the places on the shows by my taste buds. The décor, music, and people just makes it much easier to enjoy right then and there, which makes this my favorite cupcake place yet.

Driving through town we stopped for lunch and noticed this cute place across the street. We stopped in, picked up a few cupcakes to go and looked around the cute little shop. The owner and her daughters were so very friendly. I didn’t taste the cupcakes until later that night and they were delicious, moist and bouncy, just how I like them.

Here I am 9am Saturday morning for coffee and to pick-up goodies for my morning visit to family, but, No, because they don’t open until noon! Web info says they open at 9am. No sign in window just phone number… I called and(likely the owner) answered to tell me Noon and then proceeded to ask if they could help me, but if you’re not open, how could you? OMG I HAVEN’T HADCOFFEEYET! Must now find a place, and tho desperate, it won’t be the 7 – 11 across the street.

Absolutely delicious and great atmosphere. My wife and I just needed a quick snack for breakfast. This was like going back in time with a great history lesson from the owner. Very delightful and a must see when in Gettysburg.

An excellent hostess hoho cupcake — very moist, chocolate cupcake was not too sweet but rather dark, light and rich all at once. Wonderfully smooth chocolate glaze/frosting as well. It’s too bad I am not staying longer — I’d like to try the other cupcakes!

Only alright cupcakes for 3.75 a piece. Ended up throwing 2 of them out. Wouldn’t recommend.

The cupcakes were excellent! Wish I could have taken a box home to Chicago for my kids but 10 hours of travel plus a day in the car while touring the battlefields if Gettysburg wouldn’t have turned out well. I enjoyed the red velvet with a truffle middle. So light and moist as a good cupcake should be. My partner had the almond joy cupcake which was just as delicious(I stole a bite). The décor is very retro. Owner was sweet and friendly and connects to each customer who comes in. Highly recommend a stop!

I was not particularity a cupcake fan, I actually stopped in to see if they had a donut for I am a donut fan. I choose a Boston cream cupcake and was delighted to find a cream filled cupcake and a new cupcake fan.

Absolute go to place for desserts or just an afternoon pick me up. There are so many things I just absolutely love about this place. 1) The cake is moist. It doesn’t crumble apart and I wouldn’t mind just having the cake without the icing. Definitely go for the raspberry lemonade or the Maple Bacon. I always try and get the maple bacon. This place doesn’t skimp on the bacon like most cupcakes shops that just put one small piece on the frosting. The bacon looks like it’s sprouting like a Christmas tree which balances out the salty sweet ratio. The hot chocolate is so rich and not watery or made with that powdery stuff most places use. 2) Décor is amazing. History Museum in the front, 50’s kitchen in the back. They have tons of really great things to sell besides cupcakes as well. 3) SERVICEISTHEBEST! The owners are always in shop and they are so helpful. I use to frequent this place so many times during college that she would always just throw in an extra cupcake for free or when I was having a super rough day. They will always go out of their way to make sure your dessert experience is amazing. 4) What most people don’t know that this place is not for-profit. All of the money after baking essentials and costs of running the shop go to local fire, police departments, and some military charities. The owners really just put a lot of work into this because it’s what they love to do.

We stopped in for cupcakes today while walking around Gettysburg. You walk thru a sitting area that overlooks the street and then come up to the counter which actually is set up to look like a kitchen with an antique pink stove/oven and pink refrigerator which they store fresh drinks and the cream for their coffees in. The décor was cute and antique reminding me of an atmosphere that you would find in the 60’s. The owner was working today and created us with a huge smile and wonderful conversation. The cupcakes were delicious and did not disappoint. There were about 10 varieties to choose from and you could tell that they were baked fresh. Extremely moist and topped with a rich frosting that mended well with the cupcake itself. They also have Cruznuts which are crosses of a croissant and a donut. Unfortunately they were sold out for the day and this is the only reason why I would give them 4 stars instead of 5. Enjoy!

The vibe/atmosphere in this place is awesome! The décor is adorable– 50s themed. There’s plenty of seating and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cupcakes are good. The cheesecakes were even better. My only complaint is that each cupcake is $ 3.50, so it’s a bit pricey(especially since they look so good it’s hard to pick just one!)

The décor is cute and they have lots of flavors to choose from. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but seemed really focused on trying to convince us that their cupcakes were fancy. We paid $ 3.50 a piece for VERY tiny cupcakes. I really enjoyed the frosting. It was light, buttery, and not too sweet. The cake, however, was just okay and if I’m paying that hefty price for a cupcake, I expect homemade, not from a box.

Liked the décor, very cute. Good interesting selections, liked that you could get minis of them. Taste was not bad but nothing special. Very friendly service though

Step foot inside this corner shop and step back into 1950! The décor in the kitchen area is like taking a trip back in time to visit your grandmother’s(or mother’s) house. This family-run bakery has it all – cookies, cupcakes, scones, coffee and more. The cupcakes are baked fresh in the morning, and the coffee brewed at a window bar. They will heat up your baked-goods if you ask. Rich frosting on the double chocolate cupcake, and the peanut butter madness cupcake is «absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted.» The owners are very flexible and friendly. If you’re in the area and you have a sweet craving, I highly recommend a visit to Johnny Como’s :) Closed on Monday’s.
