Chuck E. Cheese’s

After over eating too much cheese pizza and running around with the kids, I am were out. The games take only tokens so you have to keep exchanging your dollar bills for tokens and there usually is a line at least there was almost every time for us, when we were their. It was a very fun time and the games were very fun. I just wish they had a little more variety of games. A good place for a young ones birthday party.

My first time using Chuck E Cheese’s for a party. I thought the price was more then fair! My daughter loved every minute of her birthday party. I couldn’t have been more pleased! My host Natalia checked in on us very frequently. We were greeted by the manager Mike and he was more then friendly! Then there was Averl (or maybe Averi, my card got wet sorry) she was very friendly and helpful as well. The party went so seamless and I was able to enjoy the adults while the kids played. Thank you for the Perfect 10 party! Even my guest were impressed! Hopefully they will throw parties there and we get invited so we have an excuse to come back and play: p

I’ve been to a lot of Chuck E Cheese’s in my lifetime and the first thing I noticed was how clean this place was.
This Gilroy Location is a bit on the small side compared to Tully and much cleaner compared to Kooser. Maybe thats why its so cool, small clean, inviting, not too empty, not too crowded. Just right.
The salad bar was surprisingly fresh and green. The games were clean, some broken but none were run down.
The pizza and wings came out hot. Sure they messed up our order but they fixed it, and were happy about it.
All the workers looked like there were having fun, and the customers were having a good time playing games.
This place is Fun and clean.

The manager Jesus was very helpful, had to be called by our party a few times because the girls working here were kind of clueless. Overall, we had a good experience at this chuck e cheese. Only three games were out of order.

Janet is so rude. She’s working the prize counter. She didn’t smile once and when we talked to her she didn’t have any customer service.
Manny however was super nice and super helpful.
Claudia was also at the register and prize counter and she was very friendly.
My kids had a blast. Just wish we didn’t have to deal with disrespectful employees during our visit.

Rude customer service! The young lady who was in charge of the ropes did not even smile and acknowledged my husband and I. and acted like we did them a favor by stopping at their restaurant. The employees perhaps needs more training.

A working mothers best friend! Hosted our son’s 5^th Birthday here. Everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s affordable, they were friendly, fast service, punctual party schedule and we were not rushed out the door.

I just had to leave a review. The staff is awesome very helpful and very attentive. The manager Jesus is a great manager, I noticed while playing games with the kids that he was very supportive and helpful he was also out on the floor helping out that was nice to see. Janet and Britney were also very kind and helpful. There were also a couple of guys out on the floor that were very attentive. Overall my experience here was really great staff and service was excellent I will definitely be coming in more often no more San Jose chuckie cheese for me you don’t get this type of service there… Way to go Gilroy chuckie cheese you just gained another loyal customer, im going to start planning my sons 3^rd birthday there. I had the worst experience with the staff, extremely rude. They seemed like they were miserable and wanted to get me out of their way. I had asked them for assistance TWICE and they said they would be with my shortly but no, no assistance what so ever. I honestly have never experienced that kind of attitude with employees. I just am in disbelief that this is the way that they treat their customers. Never going back.

The staff is great, extremely friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars is because recently, there were more than 5 games that were out of order and/​or out of tickets. The games that were out of order were marked by the coin blocking signs for the most part, but there were 3 additional games that took our coins, and they were not marked as out of order. Also, 2 of the ticket counting machines went out as we were using them.

My family went here last Saturday afternoon for the 1^st time. I have been to the Modesto CEC (which was a lot bigger) but this one was great.
The greeter was nice and welcomed us when I said we had never been here. She told us «the in’s and out’s» of CEC, which was cute. I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but I appreciated it. I had the $ 49.99 coupon for 1 large 1 topping pizza, cheese bread, 1 salad bar, 4 drinks and 90 tokens. I mean, honestly, it should $ 40 max, but the novelty is that it’s CEC. I still felt it was a good value. The cheese bread arrived in about 20 minutes. Kinda small, but really good. The pizza arrived about 10 minutes later, piping hot and surprisingly very good. It is cut into 12 slices and was enough for us. (2 adults, 7 & 2 year old.) The salad bar plate was given to us right away and my husband and I took turns. The salad bar itself is small and generic — what you would expect at a salad bar. HOWEVER this salad bar was the freshest salad bar I have ever seen. The lettuce was crunchy, all the things to put on it were extremely fresh. I was kind of blown away. I would expect a fresh salad bar at let’s say Fresh Choice, but at CEC? I would expect a crappy salad bar at best. Not so. The staff was constantly refilling it and cleaning up. Toppings included (because I know some people want to know because of dietary restrictions like me) Iceberg lettuce mix, romaine lettuce, spinach, carrot sticks, mushrooms, broccoli, black olives, jalapenos, pepperocini, chopped hard boiled eggs, beets, macaroni & potato salad (the same kinds you would expect from a bulk container) cottage cheese, jello parfait, and about 7 different salad dressings. On top of the salad, you could choose croutons, fried onions, tortilla strips, crunchy chow mein noodles, sunflower seeds. They also had oil & vinegar. I am sure they had a few more things, but you get the gist of it. The sodas were pepsi, cherry pepsi, diet, gatorade, fruit punch, orange, lemonade and lite lemonade, root beer and a sweetened and unsweetened ice tea. There is also a vending machine that you can buy ice cream bars from. (Different kinds) They were $ 1 or $ 1.50. Totally reasonable.
The games are all spread out, but since the place is not that big, I felt the kids were pretty safe. Most of the games spit out tickets, and since there are kids running around everywhere, beware of little thieves. LOL. There is a little car a kid could sit in and out spits a picture of that kid. Not a great quality (black and white on paper) but it’s still cute. There is also a booth that will take another picture of 2 people. Still black and white on paper, but was nice. I know at movie theaters, those machines would charge $ 3 – 5 a piece. Also, all the games are just one coin each, which I thought was pretty cool. That helps with the coins lasting, which my 90 did. I would say the perfect age for kids loving it here is 2 – 9. I am sure some 10+ year olds would still think it’s fun. I happened to see a friend of mine here and she was with her 12 year old daughter, 16 year old son and his girlfriend. They looked like they were having fun, but not in the way the screaming 4 year olds were. LOL.
Given that there is food, soda, ice cream and hyped up kids everywhere, the place is pretty clean. I did not go into the bathrooms, so I cannot speak for those. The staff was all hustling, and seemed like they liked their jobs for the most part. They were setting up for a party, and it looked nice. Pretty simple, but the staff did a nice job.
I really liked our experience here and plan on frequenting often.

Excellent service! The male Mexican manager that was there on ⁵⁄₁₇ was great & was a perfect example of how a manager should treat customers! I brought my 2 nieces in with me for dinner & play & the 4 year old threw a complete screaming fit because she was scared that Chuck E was going I come out & get her in the play tubes sigh! Anyhow we had already just ordered our food & she was freaking out so bad because there was a recorded announcement coming over the speakers that Chuck E was coming out in 5 minutes. The nice male manager came over & said that he had told Chuck E not to come out. I told him that we were going to have to leave because she was completely terrified at this point shaking & yelling. He was so helpful & got us to go boxes for our hot food right away. Thanks so much for your help & understanding! Anyhow once we got home we had the dessert pizza & the pepperoni pizza & it was very tasty & the girls loved it!

Not as big as San Jose, however it does the job for a week day stop with my family. My daughter enjoyed all the kids car ride. Was not busy on a Tuesday night, manager was great in providing us with a few extra points and a little extra prize for my daughter. Will come back for sure

My three boys love it here… the food is not all that but as long as my kids love it here thats all that matters.

Omg worst customer service ever ! They didn’t stamp our hands when we went in, there was never anyone at the counter & basically just poor customer service

I always take my two year old here, i love the fact that is smaller and very clean.
Also the staff is super nice, my daughter usually makes about 60 tickets but he didnt mind giving her a 200 ticket prize :)

We moved here from Fremont and I can tell the difference right away. Staff here is more understanding, place is not as crowded. A few new games in comparison to other Chuck-​e-​cheeses. And Pizza tasted better here! I know recipe would be same in all chuck-​e-​cheeses but believe me to me it tasted better here.
Taking away one star for limited parking awkward front door location.

We attended a birthday party at this Chuck E Cheese location Friday night. It was a bit of a drive from Milpitas but it wasn’t so bad. Hubby had a plan and it paid off. We avoided traffic taking the inside roads to 101 :)
It wasn’t busy at all when we arrived but to me that’s a good thing. The kids got to play whatever they wanted and with no wait. This location is clean. Staff is friendly. The party crew was friendly especially one of the hosts. He really got into the routine and broke a sweat.
My family and I don’t mind the food at Chuck E Cheese. Kids love the pizza. I had salad and nothing else :) 4 stars for the cleanliness, friendliness, party host with the mostest AND serving beer! Yes, you read that right! This location serves beer although my hubby didn’t take advantage but the other guests did.
