Worst Jack in the Box I’ve been to. Took many many tries to get the drive-​through person to be able to hear my order right. And then they were completely out of all jam of any kind. They need to fix the microphone and do a better job of supply management.

This Jack is attached to a gas station and it is mind of hard to get in to the drive thru. We stopped here for drinks; just two iced mochas. There were only two cars ahead of us and it literally took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. I will say our drinks were prepared well. The staff was friendly enough, but didn’t really say anything about the wait.

My food was very dry. I always love to get two tacos but without hot sauce I was actually disappointed. Our cashier was a little short with us and asked a million questions. This is Jack-​in-​the-​Box I know what I want, please stop trying to sell me other crap. It’s bad enough I’m eating here.

This Jack in the box sucks! They often get my order wrong. If they dont understand, they should verify the order instead of just put down what they think the customer wants. Original blazin chicken sandwich w no cheese turned into spicy chicken sandwich with cheese.
Half the time they understand English and the other half they dont.
