In-N-Out Burger

For a fast food joint this is as close to good, fast, and cheap as one could ask for. Fresh burgers and fresh fries. Why do a lot of people complain about the french fries here, am I losing my mind??? In-​N-​Out french fries are what french fires are supposed to taste like when they are made fresh, dagummed millennials. Not sure why 5GB&F can’t get a decent looking french fry with fresh spuds, perhaps the oil In-​N-​Out uses is superior or maybe I-​N-​O changes theirs more than once a month. Animal double-​double and XL pink lemonade FTW. Animal fries: take it or leave it, the GF loves them. And yes, I’ve been to a white castle «back east», and honestly the frozen white castle’s from wally world tasted a helluva lot better than the «fresh» ones.

I don’t usually review large chain places since I assume everyone knows about them anyway. However, I really want to congratulate this location. I’ve been an In-​N-​Out fan for 30+ years but this particular location is the most efficient I have ever been too. I almost walked out when I got in the Memorial Day line since this was just a highway stop for the kids. However, I was amazed to be at the counter in minutes and have my food in not many more. I don’t quite understand how this location moves traffic in and out but they do it well. I had to examine the building to see if somehow they have a bigger kitchen but no it’s the same box they all seem to have.
Ok, just in case you haven’t been to In-​N-​Out: Their burgers are amazing. I alternate between a crazy rich animal style and plain (all the standard toppings) but either way the burgers are perfection. Shakes are tops. Just exactly what you imagine when you see the shake picture.
This is the ONLY fast food place where the food you get is exactly as yummy as the ad pictures you see.
And thanks for keeping your prices always crazy reasonable.

I always try to stop here on a road trip down south. It usually holds me over till I get to my location. Right off the freeway, in the outlets. Can get super busy, but they always serve great food and have great service. Even when busy, they still are fast.

Always crowded but fun. We took the drive thru, fast and easy. accommodating customer service friendly atmosphere regardless of stressful day…

Always a great place to eat. Parking is sometimes a problem due to the outlets. I usually park in the outlets to avoid the crazy drive up customers. Never been disappointed.

Cheery voices provided great service even at 1:11 am. I was pleasantly surprised and the food was of course on point.

Well how can you not love In and Out. Probably the best fast food hamburger joint out here. The burgers are awesome and I would recommend getting it animal style. The chocolate shake is the best drink to go with the burger. The fries are awesome as you can watch them shred them as you order. The prices are very reasonable and the verse on the bottom of the cup is always encouraging.

Great food good service, kinda long wait though. Love the animal style fries and half chocolate half vanilla milkshakes which you won’t find on the menu ;-)

When we go to any In and Out we pretty much experience good customer service and the food is alway consistent.
Today, it was only my 19 month old and I. The cashier, Erik, was pleasant taking our order. We sat waiting for our number to be called, he brought over stickers and a hat for my daughter. Any parent would appreciate this as it’ll entertain the little one and make any dining out, even for a quick bite, easier.
I am extremely appreciate and thankful for the high level of customer service provided to us. I understand this is a fast food place, but wow! Thanks Erik. You made my day better.

Excellent customer service!
Standard In-​n-​Out experience: clean location, well staffed, great staff and amazing product. My family and I stopped in on Sunday afternoon shortly after opening. Busier than expected but not the usual line to the door. We were lucky enough to get a nice table that other customers kindly offered. It was a bit loud and we did not hear our number called. They kindly brought our food out to our table. Very nice touch :) The employee was out in the lobby cleaning and offered to take our trays then took the high hair from us as we were preparing to return it. I myself manage in a high volume restaurant/​retail store and I respect the level of customer service training that has been invested in this team. Great job keep up the great work!

Captain’s Log:
I fear my enemies might go after me once I write this review, so I must be brief. I knew I had to try the ever-​popular burger chain, In-​N-​Out (INO), while visiting California. I used the drive-​thru and ordered a Double-​Double with Grilled Onions, Animal Fries, and a Neapolitan Shake. The adorable uniform worn by the staff almost put me in a time warp. I don’t remember it taking too long to prepare my meal, but I was lulled by the California air, and dreaming about boldly going where no man has gone before.
I pulled into a parking spot, then meticulously and scientifically tasted each bite of every item. The Double Double was good, but just okay – it didn’t blow my mind. I think Five Guys is better, however, I will say that INO is definitely cheaper, so you have to factor that in. I had a feeling I wouldn’t like the Animal Fries because I hate fake cheese stuff, and I was correct. The fries themselves were pretty decent, though, and probably were the best part of the meal. The shake was good, but it’s hard to make a bad milkshake.
While I was sitting there, digesting my food, I tried to figure out why so many people think this place is the shizz. I know it’s a good company, with decent food and good prices. But, I think it has more to do with nostalgia. INO definitely serves up a big order of nostalgia.
I apologize, Native Californias. I wanted to love INO, but in the end, all I got was a «meh.» Maybe my problem was that my expectations were much too high. With that, I must go. After posting this review, I am going into the Witness Protection Program. Keep this captain’s log as evidence.

Wow is this place booming. Long car line blocking lot. Standing room only. Too crowded to move around. Our little one spills a drink. Mess everywhere. And the staff is so helpful to clean and dry floor. Calling it an opportunity to shine. Now that is good staff training. And they move through the orders in wonderful fadhion. And hey. Give them the top rating. Thanks in n out.

I forgot how yummy this place is. My hubby and i ordered the double– double cheese burgers and fries. Definitly worth waiting in the long line at the drive thru ! Thank goodness I have doctor appointments near by so I have an excuse to eat here now !

If it was possible to give a place 20 stars, I’d give In-​N-​Out 20 stars. No. 2,000,000 stars! If you have to go to Unilocal to decide if you want to go to In-​N-​Out do me a favor and hit yourself. After you’re through hitting yourself go to In-​N-​Out and order a freaking double double Animal Style son! They have Bible verses at the bottom of like everything. If Jesus had a fast food restaurant that served burgers it would be In-​N-​Out.

This is In-​N-​Out is fast, clean, delicious, with friendly associates. I would recommend stopping in for lunch if you’re in the outlets. See a long line? Don’t worry. They work through the line quickly and get you your food within ten minutes.
Tables are frequently cleaned and condiments restocked. The management is always available if you have a question or comment. I would definitely suggest this store for a good meal.

I don’t think that I can ever give In-​N-​Out another rating but 4 stars. Any changes in stars +/​-​1 would simply due to service.
Stopped at this particular one b/​c i wanted to have a shake. Quickly came in and out. This one can be very busy since it’s literally in front of the outlets. So proceed cautiously. I only wanted a shake so it was simple.
In-​n-​Out rocks ‘nough said :)

We had been waiting 2 day to try In-​N-​Out as we were down in California from Chicago. It was well worth it, great service with great food. I ordered Double Double Animal style with Animal style fries which may not look like enough but is more than enough.
Overall it was worth the wait, and we will be returning every time we come to California.

This In and Out Burger is awesome! After a morning of power shopping this is a great spot for lunch with my toddler. I normally have the cheeseburger protein style with spread and cheese only. My toddler normally has the grilled cheese, just the cheese and bun only sans the tomato and their secret sauce.
The inside is clean and the service is fast. Be careful in the parking lot as people are always rushing and driving a tad on the fast side. Customer service through the drive through is stellar as well– everyone is friendly and polite. Good is always fresh and hot. Good customer service and piping hot food make this I&O a winner in my Unilocal Notebook.

I stopped by here after Wrestlemania a few weeks ago and boy was it busy at 11 pm. I didn’t expect it to be as packed as it was but the staff was excellent in getting food out to people as quickly as possible.
I wouldn’t have imagined that the In N Out in Gilroy was a hot commodity but it definitely was that night. Food was as consistent as always.

Went here since we were at the Gilroy Outlets around noontime.
Haven’t been in an In-​N-​Out Burger for some time, so was eager to try their lettuce-​wrapped burger.
My opinion: Without the cheese and the bun, I really noticed how thin and small the patties are individually. Of course, that might be really obvious to some, but I never really realized it until I had a Paleo burger.
The fries were really good, as usual.
Got an iced tea with everything.
Staff is really nice. I was asked if I needed anything while seated at my table.
One thing I don’t like about this location is that it seems too small for the clientele around it. It needs to be twice as big. The registers are so close together that there’s no elbow room. I’m one of those uncomfortable big Americans who needs their space around them. The soda fountain is great, because there are like three separate stations to get drinks and that’s quite adequate. The seating and the waiting area for picking up orders is pretty chaotic with people waiting around, people getting drinks, condiments and napkins. A guy walked right in front of me when I was going to grab at some napkins in their dispenser and just missed getting a crotch grab from me lol
I’m sure it’s madness on the weekends if this is what it’s like during a weekday lunch hour.
Groups larger than four will have a hard time finding a seat, inside or outside.
Good, predictable food. Exactly what I’d expect here.

Zu In ‘n’ out Burger wurde schon alles gesagt. Auch diese Filiale fiel nicht negativ auf. Tolle Burger und Fritten, gut gelegen nah am Freeway und junges freundliches und schnelles Personal.

Bis ich aus der Not heraus (sehr großer Hunger) bei dieser Burger-​Bude hängen blieb.
Erstaunlich für eine Burger-​Bude: Alles wird frisch zubereitet und man kann sogar zugucken wie die Pommes geschnibbelt werden. Und man MUß warten (bis zu 15 Minuten!!)
Aber es lohnt sich, da diese Burger einfach sehr lecker schmecken und süchtig machen.
