Papa’s in da house! OK, more than I care to admit, but when we order pizza it’s always gotta be Papa Johns. My crew likes their pizza plain and simple… they only want cheese but it’s gotta be «light» and after a couple of hit and misses, Papa finally got it right! Otherwise, this location has a very friendly and courteous staff. They always open the door for me on my way out! Thanks Papa J… you know I’ll be back!

Me and my wife where in the area and decided to get pizza. I could not have been more pleased with my expierence. Every person I came into contact with could not have been nicer, and the pizza was excellent. I will be stopping by again very soon just because of the great service.

I ordered my pizza online and paid via my credit card. I had a free pizza and added chicken poppers, so my bill was only $ 7.84. I added a $ 2.00 tip for the delivery driver, so the total order with tip should have been $ 9.84. The store charged my credit card $ 14.84. I called the Glassboro store where the shift manger was very rude. She told me that she needed to look through hundreds of receipts, so she will call me back. I asked when I could expect to receive a call back. She again stated very rudely that she’ll have to go through hundreds of receipts, so sometime later today when she gets to it. She was so incredibly rude to me that I called the corporate office where I was told she had to call the Glassboro store to authorize my $ 5.00 return to my card. I asked why they would think I left a $ 7.00 tip for a $ 7.84 order. I also told them that this is theft. They took my money from my card that they were not authorized to take. I also asked why the corporate office has to call the local store for authorization when they fraudulently took money from my card. The corporate office told me that the shift manager could just give them an approval without the receipt, but the manager at the store would need to authorize. The manager refused, but told the corporate office that she would find the receipt in 20 minutes and call them back. Neither the corporate office nor the Glassboro location had a sense of urgency to return my money that was taken fraudulently. I will not be ordering from Papa Johns ever again.

Pizza took over an hour to get to me. I ordered at 3:00, not a lunch rush time, or dinner rush time. And then once I finally received my pizza, there were no condiments that I had ordered and paid for with my pizza. I called Papa John’s to tell them and the only answer I got was«I’m sorry the driver has class, we can give you a good deal next time.» I don’t think there will be a next time!!!

The girl that answered the phone was so confused and overwhelmed with a one pizza order with wings. After 4 times of having to clarify the order… She told us it would be 30 – 40 minutes. WHAT A JOKE!!! Tool them an hour and 10 minutes…(the papa johns location is a half mile from my House) When I called to find out what was going on there was no apology or sympathy just a plain«he’s around the corner». Then once we got the pizza and wings it was COLD. I’ll never order from here and would rather spend the extra money at a quality place with people that know how to do their job and have customer service as a priority.
