This facility is the worst I’ve been to. Medical fax from my primary physician got misplaced, I’ve been out of work without pay. They are very unprofessional… it’s a shame because majority of the staff is afro american, I’m so disappointed in their unprofessionalism, after this experience I will never visit a concentra facility again what a waste. I want rate but it’s not on screen.-5 is the rate I give. Don’t make no sense how I feel because most are of my race, an I see why we are given a bad name on jobs cause of folks like this, so ashamed of the folks who work at this place. had to put a star up to get done, but it’s a –5

Went here for urgent care. The front desk young lady was completely clueless. She kept telling me my insurance wouldn’t work after I had already been there for a while. She told me they took it but it wasn’t working. I don’t know if she was putting it in wrong or what but she had no urgency to even ask anyone to help her she just settled on it doesn’t work. I left after getting frustrated and went to patient first where there input my insurance and it worked perfectly. Would tell people just stay away from this place.

This place is a joke. Employees have no care or understanding of urgent care. The worst I have ever seen. Thanks to Obama care we got bunch of monkeys running this place and should be working at walmart instead. Go elsewhere they suck!!!

Waited for over 1.5 hours for a work physical, watched multiple people come and go. Finally when I asked what the hold up was… I was told the doctor was out to lunch. 30 minutes later when I was called back and told the doctor would«be right in»…I sat in the room for over 10 minutes listening to the doctor and receptionist chit chat about life and food at the nurses station outside of the room. Moral of the story… Don’t waste your time. Go some place else.

Go somewhere else. Went in on a Monday, waited for more than an hour and then was asked to come back in an hour because the Dr. had to go to lunch. Came back and had to wait another 30 minutes to see the Dr. Was told my prescription would be called in immediately. Went to the drug store to pick it up and they did not have it yet. Had to call Concentra who said they would call it in again. Realized once I got home that the first call was made the the incorrect pharmacy. When husband picked up, he was told that my antibiotic would interfere with another medication I was taking. Called Concentra back and they ended up calling in a new antibiotic so back to pharmacy for the third time. In addition, the Concentra doctor told me to get some over the counter drugs that the pharmacist said there was no need to take since I was on essentially the same medication for my allergies. In all, it took 6.5 hours from when I walked in to when I could take some medication to help me start to feel better.
