2Q4U Nails

I have been going to this salon for years with no problems until the other day. I went in to get my nail fixed and the lady was too lazy to fix it and slopped some super glue on it and said it’s fine. Well it wasn’t fine and it broke the next day. Therefor i had to make another trip to the salon due to her laziness. I was the only one in the salon so i don’t understand why she couldn’t take the time to fix it the first time. Then when she fixed it it looked horrible and uneven. She also put a tip on it when i don’t have tips on my other nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed and she waxed them so thin they are almost gone. I will never ever go back here again. Horrible customer service.

Friendly, reasonably priced and they do an awesome job! I don’t usually do no-​chips but this place does a great job with them and they actually DO last 2 weeks!

I was so busy I hadn’t had time to get my mani/​pedi and was in great need of one. In between appointments I searched for a place in the area of my meeting and found this gem. It was my first time there and I will be going back!
The owners sister gave me a pedi and the massage I received was amazing. (this is definitly a factor in where I get my nails done) She was so sweet and did such a great job, I don’t normally ask for anyone specific when I get my nails done but i’ll be requesting her for sure!

Dirty. The pedicure was nice. but the place is dirty and messy. and the wax station is wide open. I don’t really want strangers seeing me getting a lip rip. Nicer places around the area

I have a wedding to go to on Saturday. I went to 2 nail salons in Addison. 1 was too busy and I didn’t feel like waiting. The other was short staffed with only 1 person working. I finally came upon this place after having lunch with friends at Panera. I walked in and they all greeted me. I actually felt acknowledged, unlike at the 2 other places. No waiting. Great customer service and I am very happy with my nails! Third time is definitely the charm!

I moved from Chicago, and found the best place near my neighborhood. I never went anywhere else. They were so meticulous. I haven’t found anyone with that type of care when it comes to nails, which is why I couldn’t give 5 stars… However, with having said that, I found my Wheaton (semi) equivalent. Nice, friendly, quick service and the place did not smell terribly chemically.
I got a no chip mani (about 25 mins and org. 30 bucks!!) and then a brow wax (I usually get threaded, but just couldn’t bear the pain today). She didn’t trim my cuticles, per my request, and only changed me 20 bucks for no chip= unheard of! She winked at me when she gave me that price so it may have been just to hook a long time customer. Well, lady, it worked!
See you again in 2 – 3 weeks :)

oh, my. what a little gem of a place. clean, bright, loads of magazines, and exceptional service. I had an incredible pedicure for $ 30, from the sweetest little lady, probably the owner. she was so apologetic for the noise that accompanied the tv installation. this place is just lovely… I won’t go anywhere else from now on. and cold bottled water!

Recently tried this nail salon. What I liked best was the polite, friendly and professional customer service. Reasonably priced, pleasant atmosphere –clean and neat looking. Had a pedicure and it looked fab for summer. Will definitely go there again!

I had been visiting another nail salon for some time to get my eyebrows done but after a few crappy last visits there I decided to look around the area for another location. I was dropping my boyfriend off at Jewel and lo and behold there was 2Q4U Nails. Kind of a tacky name, yes, but I decided to try them out for my eyebrows and I was super impressed! The facility is immaculate and the seating is comfortable and leather. My favorite part was that they have a separate room for waxing and a recliner chair instead of being in the middle of the salon and cranking your neck back on an uncomfortable chair. The lady who did my eyebrows was super attentive and took her time and did not rush and was sweet. I looked at their board of prices and it was reasonable. 20 – 30 dollars for a pedicure, 12 dollars for a manicure, and 8 dollars for an eyebrow waxing. I will definitely be returning to get my nails and eyebrows done at this location from now on!

I decided to try this place out when my normal nail place was closed. I love it! The service is very good, and the ladies are SO friendly.
I got a $ 25 spa pedicure. They have 4 options for pedicures ranging from $ 20-​$ 30, so I decided to go middle of the road. The lady working on me was extremely attentive to details. The best part was how she took care of my cuticles and callouses. It’s hard to find someone who cares enough to spend time on you.
The massage chairs are large and comfy; a big plus. They let me sit and soak my feet for 10 mins in nice hot water while I waited. There are plenty of current, girly magazines to choose from like Glamour and Cosmo, and there is a TV in the pedi area playing the news as well (versus some strange obscure show or music videos as some places play).
Another good thing about this place is the choice of nail polish. You can tell that the OPI bottles are fresh– they even had the newest spring collection!
Great service, attentive staff, nice products, low-​key atmosphere. And a very reasonable price! I highly recommend 2Q and I will be back!

BEST nails I’ve ever had for such a reasonable price. I went in to get them off and the lady convinced me to get a fill and try a new glitter design so I did. She took her time and did a wonderful job I could not be happier. I have a 4 hour break between my classes at college of du page so I can easily drive over there and get whatever I need done. I will definitely be back!
