Hard to give a review when they closed shop at 3pm when there website says they close at midnight. 1 star for inconvenience a business should be open at posted hours of business.

I love this place, their wings are alway juicy and crispy, best I’ve had so far!!! The owner is so nice and gives customers samples all the time. But, Yesterday I called and try to order pickups, no one answer the phone, then I drove there, the place was closed, no notices nor anything… Don’t know what happened to them, I don’t want them to close down the business, as I was leaving I saw another 3 men walked away with a after seeing no one was working in there. I called again today it went to their voicemail again, Please come back to work soon!!! I miss your delicious wings!!!

This could have been easily a light 3/5, but the overall presentation, and general cleanliness of the establishment suffered from severe managerial oversight. Let’s start with the presentation, because this, above everything else needs to be hammered out to attract more clients: Owner sits on one of the only three tables, with flip-flops. Don’t remember if he was wearing shoes or socks, but does it matter? The sole of the shoe needs to be closed end. That’s basic restaurant hygiene 101. This guy rather would watch his foreign movie, and not take his business seriously. What type of message does this send to the customers. The overall getup was if they recently opened shop. The floor was unclean, unmopped, the fryers look antiquated and inherited by an auction. The lone fan was turned off, ostensibly to preserve the energy bill, but with the overall kinetically contained make-line next to the two dining chairs it made for a nice furnace. Don’t be cheap, turn it on! I shouldn’t have to ask that question. The hot wings were decent, but overpriced, and the majority of the criticism about the«more bone, less meat» stand corrected. Also, the wings were semi-overdone, so the skin was a tad bit too crisp. Samurai wings, skip it. It’s not that I couldn’t handle it, but the non-synergetic taste, backed by an odd aftertaste, made me leave 2⁄12 wings on my plate. Wasabi plus Sirachi mayo do not make for a great mix. In fact, the aftertaste was quite powerful and nausea inducing. I hear their peanut butter wings, are quite the force to reckon with; however, I honestly won’t be coming back for a second plate. 12 wings + fry + drink = 15 dollars. I’d rather go to Hooter’s and eat the same for $ 10.00.

3.5 stars for the food, but I’ll bump it to a 4 since the service was good. I read some reviews before going here and decided to give it a shot because of their uniqueness. We tried the: Elote:(3.5/5*) yum!!! Spicy mayo:(4/5*) my favorite of the flavors we tried Mango habanero:(3.5/5*)(standard. not as spicy as BWW, so it was doable for me. I liked it personally. Jamaican Jerk:(1/5*) I should have known better than to order this at a Filipino owned restaurant lol, I’ll leave jerk chicken to the people who know how to authentically make it. I’m not surprised by this, so it’s okay! Not docking y’all for this flavor cause I actually enjoyed the others. Tater tots:(4/5*) They left it in the fryer for a minute longer so it was nice and crispy which is how I personally like it We also ordered a side of rice for $ 2. Standard of course. This is not your typical American wings restaurant so don’t expect that here. This is a Filipino mom & pop owned little hole in the wall. So for those expecting 5 star food, please go elsewhere & complain elsewhere. Clearly this place isn’t for everyone, however, for me, it’s good enough to return. I personally enjoyed my visit and my meal, so salamat po Buff Wings, we will be back to try your other flavors.

I wanted to like this little mom and pop joint. However, the wings here are overpriced and bony. Very disappointed.

Best of the Best. theyve got the craziest flavors, and their wings are consistently dope. perfectly fried, and are just… BOMB must try’s 1. Kare Kare(filipino peanut butter seasoning) 2. BBQ(tastes like KFC’s bbq wings from 20 years ago when it was still chicken) 3. Lemon Pepper(default goodness) and their sides are bananas. 1. Fried chicken skin 2. Tator tots 3. Fries Giddit @grublifeca

Stopped by this joint for a quick bite… VERY hole in the wall. You will be slightly intimidated as soon as you walk in.(My suggestion to the owner or owners, liven up the place.) Despite the physical appearance, the food was SOOOGOOD. I was actually very shocked at how good it was because I love wings. I got the 10pc. boneless wings with fries and a canned coke which was about 10 dollars and some change. Their ranch sauce is the brand ‘Kens’ which, IMO, is the best tasting ranch sauce on the market. I am very pleased by this place! The service was friendly. Will definitely be back! :)

Horrible food. Well my dog Bella loved the tater tots, guess you cant go wrong with tater tots. The chicken looked undercooked. The place was empty. The guy making the food didn’t even wear gloves. That should’ve been my clue. Anyways I had been wanting to try this place and now its out of my system!

It’s my go to spot for wings in LA. I don’t go to watch sports, I go to eat interesting flavors on the wings of a chicken that’s been fried or grilled. There may be more authentic Buffalo wings, but I wouldn’t know: I’ve NEVER had the hot wings there because the elote, adobo, thai, kare kare, pizza flavors are so much more fun. The only wings I’ve had that were consistently more interesting were in Buffalo. I’m not a food expert by any means, but I don’t know many others who value the quality of the food more than their stupid expectations or high opinion of themselves. This place is TOTALLY worth checking out.

Probably my fault for coming here when the owner was off. Read all the glowing reviews and drove here from Burbank. An old man was tending the shop and there were no customers. He had a limited English and was not much of help in helping me decide on the flavors. Went with Kalbi, PB&J, Garlic Parm, and Buffalo. They weren’t bad but to me, mostly average. Garlic Parm was the best but cheese coverage was uneven; some had too much and some none. Buffalo was adequate, sauce was a bit runny. Kalbi has potential but mine was lukewarm, it would have been better if they were cooked to order, as I was led to believe from the Unilocal reviews. I was really disappointed with the PB&J because of all the positive feedback but mine, again very average. Visually, it’s a challenge. Looks like wings ran into Nutella, and Nutella won. In all, very average 3 star.

To my regret, I ordered some 50+ wings and they were terrible! The wings were on the larger side(which scares me) and they were not crunchy at all. As for flavors, the bbq was super sweet, the teriyaki was strong in soy sauce, and the lemon garlic was mostly in oil. I’m a big wings fan and I make them so bomb at home too. I can’t always make them myself but giving Buff wings a chance was a mistake. They gave me the worst chicken wings I’ve tasted in this life as far as I can remember.

I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant! The customer service is ONPOINT. The man that’s always the cashier is such a sweetheart! He remembers frequent customers’ names and jokes with us. They’re very fast especially with big orders. The most we had to wait was 15 minutes. Not too bad! The flavors are ridiculously amazing as well! My favorites are the Peanut butter and jelly, lemon pepper, Garlic Parmesan, medium buffalo, and the sweet chili wings. The Kare Kare wings were alright. Sweet potato fries are always yummy to get! They also have some Filipino dishes like chicken adobo bowls and stuff. This is an easy 5⁄5 for me. Quick service, quality flavors, affordable food, and great customer service! Oh! And free ranch/blue cheese! I definitely want to come back and try their other flavors like elote &BBQ. Stop by if you’re ever in the area!!! YOUWILLONLYREGRETITIFYOUDON’T STOPBY! ;) *you have been warned*

Tried this place for the first time with my colleague. We probably had high expectations after reading some reviews… however were slightly disappointed. The manager was super nice though. We got 12 wings and usually for 12 wings you can choose only 2 flavors, but we also wanted to try just 1 – 2 peanut butter and jelly wings(since we were iffy about this flavor), so he let us get 2PB& J, 4 Elote, and 6 Garlic Parmesan. We were surprised that we actually liked the PB&J a lot more than the Elote and Garlic Parmesan. The PB&J tasted like a Thai Satay. The Elote and Garlic Parmesan tasted so similar, a bit bland, flavor didn’t go through, and felt oily and over-fried. We also got a side order of tater tots, and those were perfectly fried. very good :). Maybe we’ll come back and try some other flavors… probably some of the wet sauces instead of the dry rubs.

A small family owned American-Filipino fusion wings spot. Owner is very nice and helpful with their menu. First time coming to this place on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t packed at all. The plaza they’re in has plenty of parking so that’s a plus. The place is small and very limited on the seats(there’s also outside seating). Ordered buffalo hot, adobo, kare kare and spicy mayo and a side of onion rings… and they were all delicious down to the bone! I used their sauce to dip the onion rings as well. made them taste even better. Didn’t get to try their elote or pb&j flavor but will do next time.

I was feeling down in the dumps so my boyfriend let me pick dinner. Finally! We’re getting chicken wings!(He never craves that, but I got to choose.) Ordered 20 wings($ 16) and got a little experimental with the flavors. Parmesan Garlic — Stand and delicious Jamaican Jerk — Dry and flavorless! I was expecting a moist kick! But it tasted like no sauce or flavor was aded. Peanut Butter and Jelly — This one made me laugh. It’s just covered with thai/vietnamese peanut sauce. The same dipping sauce for springs. The innovation was great. Elote — Yes! True winner. Though my friends were expecting more of a flavor punch, I was pretty satisfied with the most popular selection. If you get elote, no need to get parmesan garlic, they were very similar except elote is a lot better.

Small little shop with maybe 2 table to dine in. Corn man flavored wings, yes I said it! Meaty chicken wings fried and toss in mayo and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Viola there you have your elotes wings! Need a quick lunch, dinner or snack on your way home? Call in your order and it will be ready for you in ten minutes! Get some!

I don’t understand why this place is so highly rated! It’s some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. I came here with a group of 6 people for lunch and ordered 5 different flavors of wings: jamaican jerk, pb&j, pizza, garlic parm, buffalo and elote. The jamaican jerk was too burnt, all I tasted was char. The pb&j tasted only of peanut butter, where’s the jelly? The pizza wings is basically wings dipped in marinara sauce. The garlic parm tasted like cheese only, where’s the garlic? I didn’t know what to make of the elote wings, it tasted so much like the garlic parm with no garlic. The buffalo wings were the most decent one and least special. Overall my experience was very disappointing. small private parking lot with few spaces. good luck!

Utter DISAPPOINTMENT. I have no words. I had high expectations for Buff Wings and I really really really wanted to like it, but there was no way we could. With no-brainer winning flavor combinations like Elote(Mexican corn, hell yeah), Peanut Butter & Jelly, Galbi, and Jerk chicken. 355-star reviews later, you can’t go wrong right? LOOK at these wings absolutely burned to a crisp. I honestly don’t know how someone could execute a product thinking this type of burnt is actually okay. My friend and I decided to complain and we received the«the jerk chicken is supposed to taste charbroiled» excuse. Okay. but the chef agreed to remake the Galbi for us which was much better than the first time. That’s seriously where my extra star goes to, he was also apologetic. Elote — tasted like oil & parmesan cheese Peanut Butter & Jelly — initally, I didn’t even realize I was eating PB&J flavoring, it was just super funky(and chunky) Galbi & Jerk Chicken — but burnt and double burnt. enough with the carcinogens! Second time around, it was pretty tasty. I don’t think they have their«grilling» technique quite down with the wings. After weeks of my friend and I talking and anticipating how much we wanted to try these wings, we were simply heart broken. I would have rather gone to(dare I say) Buffalo Wild Wings or Wing Stop.

Fries, elote and hot This is not the place to go for buffalo wings, this IS the place to go for every other kind of wing. I mean, every other! More of a take-out than dine in establishments. It is a small place, with very limited seating. There are 3 flavors that are grilled, the rest are fried yummy goodness. The elote were excellent and I can’t wait to make my way through the menu. Easy parking, limited seating. Go Buff!
