6 star service, Everyone there greets you with a smile. The frames, I got my first pair of bi-focals and not only can I see, my eyes look GREAT! Lana is the greatest.

Alo Eyewear absolutely rocks. I came in with my daughter, who was a bit fussy that day, but Lana got us in and out in about half an hour. She made sure we were more than happy with our purchase. By far and away the worst experience I have ever had shopping for eyeglasses. The manager Lana takes no responsibility for their subpar product’s. I had her make me a pair of transition lenses, they have yellow in the last three months. I just came there from there today and she is telling me that it’s my fault. She claims I left them in my car when they haven’t left my face since I bought them at her store. They sell cheap Korean knock off goods that cost dollars and charge hundreds. Last time I was in she told me a set of frames cost her six dollars that she had marked on the floor for $ 150. Beware of their Chinese Korean good that they’re trying to pawn off as designer frames and lenses when they’re cheap junk.

Nice interior. .nice frames… however. . Don’t waste your money. . The manager(also the technician) does not care about the thickness of your lenses and even scratches… She said that it is not noticeable, so it is ok. If you also don’t care about it, go and spend your money. Or if your eyeglasses don’t require any high technique„ you may be safe.

I went to Alo Eyewear on a recommendation from a friend who just raved about how great the customer service and products were. I was not disappointed. From the time that I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Lana was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, and she helped guide me through the process. I felt very comfortable with her and her suggestions. They have a great selection of designer and prescription eyewear. I had too many choices to choose from because I wanted to buy them all. LOL. They had a great deal of 20% off going on, so I did not feel guilty walking out with 2 new pairs of glasses. I very much recommend Alo to anyone who is in the market for new eyewear.

I went to Alo from a friend who wrote a rave review on her FB page, and I cannot agree more. The manager there was so friendly and easy to work with. She knew instantly which frames would complement my face. She was not pushy at all. She did not push me to buy any of the designer frames or spend beyond what I was looking to spend. It was an easy walk-in session. I hate buying glasses b/c nothing ever fits right or looks right, but this time it was incredibly easy. I also ended up buying sunglasses. The store was beautifully designed and the selection was incredible. Nothing like your typical glasses store. I intend on giving them all of my future business. Thanks!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They lack customer service. Getting my glasses done took well over 2 weeks. During that time they only sent me one email to let me know that there was a delay. When I called to find out the day on email said it would be ready, it wasn’t. They didn’t bother calling me back when it was ready to be picked up after I called. When I told the manager they lack communication with their customers, she told me she left a voice mail which I didn’t get any. She replied to me, «Don’t call me a liar.» But the biggest problem was that they didn’t clarify the density of my lens when I placed the order. I paid the money to make the glasses dense. But, when I received it was ridiculously thick to wear. I asked to talk to the manager. She came out with her arms crossed leaning on the display table, and showed me an attitude of ‘What do you want me to do about it.’ She even told me I was being«sarcastic» when I complaint about the glasses. I spent $ 450 on my glasses, but the manager Lana was kept telling me they only made $ 10 out of my order. It didn’t matter how much I spent, I was only $ 10 customer to her then. So, she didn’t want to be bothered. She told me to pay another $ 100 to make my glasses high-density. Would I want to spend more money and go through with their horrible service??? No way. I can’t think of experiencing this kind of bad customer service in my past. The incident I have had with this business still makes me upset.

Went in one night with my old glasses and they were able to match the prescription for my new frames by the next night. They have most lenses stocked already but since mine were special order it was going to take a few days. To my surprise, they overnighted my lenses and I was able to pick them up the next day! They also had a 20% sale at the time! My frames with my upgraded lenses, cost me less than $ 300. Overall, super fast service at affordable prices.
