This place was better a few months ago. My meatballs were burned and crunchy but still edible and my wife’s shredded pork looked very much like tuna salad. The food is relatively cheap but they need to improve the ingredient quality for a brighter future.

What happened to the old employees? I used to go here for lunch a couple times a week but now that they changed the staff the service sucks AND the quality of the subs is awful — today mine was very soggy with no soggy ingredients in it –ewww. I had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter(the manager was helping a distributor) — helloooo? where were all the other employees —- the manager actually shook his head that the other employees weren’t looking at the counter to see if there were customers waiting. yep — two of us waiting… at the beginning of lunch rush…

Sometimes service makes all the difference in the world. Last business day of the year I’m driving back to Boulder on 93, starving, running out of time, knew I had to eat in the car to make the next meeting, so as a last resort I stopped in at this Subway. A couple of hardworking gals greeted me with the kind of warmth and friendliness that was downright surprising. In a very quick couple minutes and 5 bucks later I’m out the door with chicken sandwich with spinach, tomato’s, peppers, and chipotle mayo. So it’s not that the food was any different than other Subways but people can really make the difference between regretting or enjoying a meal.
