Great pizza, and the service was Superb. Thank you to our server, Carson who made sure the kids were content and happy with they personal Pizza’s. He kept checking on us, and refilled our DRINKS too. And was most attentive!

Would have given it one star but I added the second one because the waitress was very nice. So how do you keep people from overeating at a lunch buffet? Don’t serve any food! The place was about a quarter full when we got there, and the buffet serving area had no pizza on it. Waited a while and other patrons started to yell and then left. We waited, and they finally brought out two pies, so we took several slices, as did everyone else, and then the buffet was empty again. They eventually brought out two more pies, but for an empty place they were certainly chintzy.

it took us 10 mins. to get seated. One of the workers looked at us 3 times before coming over the seat us. The place wasn’t even busy! when arriving inside there was about 4 dirty tables that didn’t even get touched before we left. it took over 35 mins for a single order of breadsticks to come out! again they weren’t even busy! then another 20 mins for the pizza. the staff didn’t even ask us how was your food etc. the fork was completely gross like someone eat off it. worst experience ever!

The first time I ever tried Pizza Hut was at this place in Goshen NY in 1995. Since then, it got so much worse. And now, It is so bad that I don’t even go there anymore. We decided to give it a try again like 2 months ago but were very disappointed. The salad bar which used to be filled with fresh vegetables is EMPTY now. Nothing is there besides sunflower seeds! The manager is either not there or is hiding in the back all the time as you don’t see him up front anymore. All you see is one or 2 young girls from time to time at the front counter making this place look almost abandoned when you walk in. This was the last time we came here to eat in. We might order a pizza pie some time again when we have guests over who like pizza, but it will definitely be only a take out order to eat at home. Not worth it going there anymore.

Walked into Pizza Hut with the idea of ordering a pizza or whatever. At the entrance a sign up front said” wait to be seated”… So I waited… The place was empty except for two diners. A girl who may have been the hostess was on the phone involved in some intense conversation. She never looked up… I walked around the counter to look for a menu… Found the menu and then walked back to the sign that said I should wait to be seated… Another employee came out of the back and never looked up and continued to do whatever she was doing without acknowledging my presence… After waiting for approximately 5 minutes I left this Pizza Hut on Matthews Street never to return… Unfortunately I recently had the same experience in another chain restaurant approximately two weeks ago… I don’t know what the hell is going on. Management better get on the ball or they will be managing an empty building… The competition from better managed chains like the Outback and Red Lobster will leave places like this boarded up. .

It’s Pizza Hut. Ever since they’ve started the whole $ 10 a pie, I’ve definitely started going there instead of others. You can load your pizza up with mountain of toppings, but still costs $ 10. Although they don’t recommend more than 5 toppings for even cooking of the pie, it seems alright to have 6 or 7 toppings. I just didn’t like the fact that they just didn’t put the toppings that they didn’t have, without even telling me or asking me for a substitute. Other than that, it’s alright.

I like Pizza Hut. It’s a throwback to my youth as it was the only pizza place in town. I still dig their thin and crispy crust. I have yet to find a good crust on a NY pie. Always seem underdone and then soupy toppings. The Goshen Hut is pretty good and when we are in the neighborhood we usually grab a pie.
