I came here because I was in the area and didn’t have time to go to Marina’s in Harriman(best pizza in the area by far). Redendo’s only had 1 specialty option and the toppings were sparse. The pizza selections were seriously lacking, the pizza was just OK, and the service was rude. There are much better options around, so I will not return.

Redendo’s used to my my family’s favorite pizza spot in this area. However, they have now fallen under par. Pizza isn’t consistent and most of the toppings taste like they came out of a can. I’ll always give them more chances because sometimes it’s still good, but this place just isn’t what it used to be.

Worst customer service. Chicken pam sandwich is the worst I ever had. Not even baked in the oven. Forgot about my pizza and said there was an emergency. will never go back

This place is a disappointment. The staff is rude. They think they are doing you a favor. The slices are tiny and have very little cheese and sauce. The chicken roll is ok but very doughy and also on the small side. They are in a great location and that’s about all that they have going for them. Too bad!

garlic knots… no garlic there was actually butter on my knots. someone i ordered requested bread and butter on their dish but some how the butter ended up on their knots. i think ill just stick to their pizza specials. if you order to much they either forget the food or its a mess.

I often get their pizza lunch special 2 slices and a soda for $ 3.60 and although not the best pizza it’s a good deal. I tend to like their pizza better when ordering whole pies. I will say I just had their meatball parm and it’s not good. The bread was terrible, cheap, not a real hero, tasted like they got mass produced subs from a grocery store and there were a ton of onions on my sub I think from their sauce. I won’t order that again. Such a disappointment! I expect a meatball sub to have a crusty fresh from a baker bread!

Love this place been coming here forever the 70s theme is priceless and you can’t beat the lunch special! In a small town with over 5 pizza places there is a reason this one is still doing we’ll. Eat more pizza!

This place suffers from inconsistency. depending on who is making your pie it can be an ok pizza and scale up to very good. The pizza cooks seem to make the pies to their standards instead of the owners one standard. Consistency matters.

Awesome pizza! Whether we eat in or order delivery, the pizza(and rolls — especially that one with the ranch chicken) don’t disappoint. The counter and delivery people are always friendly, and their prices are reasonable.

The pizza is good and most of the employees are nice too. The music/décor is definitely borderline creepy though. One of the girls has an attitude problem so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have other choices

Again the service is horrible. Rude girl behind counter and I order food. I go in the time they say to pick up and not even in oven yet. Ohh she forgot. Cmon run your business ! !

UPDATEV2: Not too long ago, I stopped by at the Redendo’s. I don’t really know why, but I just did. It didn’t look like it changed much. I was greeted by a young lady who was different from the last time, and she was very friendly. Well, that started off right. I ordered 2 slices. Let me tell you, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, period. I don’t know how they did it, but the crust had the perfect combination of both crispy and chewy. I’m not a big fan of a crust that is just one of the two, I like it with little bit of crisp to start, and chewy as I savor it. Plenty of cheese on the slices, too. No bubbles that were outrageous. Did I also mention the size of it? It was quite big. Who knows if the owner pays attention to these websites, but he sure fixed the disappointments that I had. All that said, I can’t be so sure, because who knows how consistent this can be? This might have been an one time thing where I got lucky. Or, it could have been that the previous visits were just unlucky for me. Provided that they keep the consistency, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s in town for some quality pies! Update: I thought I’d try this place one more time, since some 6 months have gone by. I’d gone in and ordered a large plain pie. The girl at the cash register was different from the last time I’d gone in. This girl had one of the worst attitudes ever. I have no clue why this girl is in the front. If you hate people, why not just work in the back or find a different job? Along with the attitude came the pizza. When I’d come home and opened the box, the pizza was so bubbly, it actually reminded me of a witch’s skin with countless number of warts. I’ve never, in my life, received a pizza with that many bubbles on it. It was 4pm when I was at the place, and there was one person dining in, and the place wasn’t even busy. Another huge disappointment – do look for different options in town. Even Pizza Hut is way better than this place. Ugh! Nothing special about this pizza parlor. Well, I guess the special thing about this place is that their pizza has had the least amount of cheese on top. Pizza slices that you get from the cheap parlors in the City – 2 brothers pizza, where it’s dollar a slice – are cheesier than the ones from Redendo’s. But it’s the cheapest pizza around.

We stop at this shop at least a few times a year as we’re driving from Upstate NY back to NYC… and some may think I’m crazy for this next statement… but this pizza is better than some of the slices I’ve had in NYC. The staff is pretty good and have always been nice. Orders are taken and just as quickly are the pies being made. The kitchen is open concept so you can see the guy in the back stretching out the dough. The crust, once baked, is thin and chewy. The sauce is mild and sweet. And the toppings are pretty standard, except for the sausage, which is grounded and cooked as opposed to balled or sliced(which tastes awesome!) While I wouldn’t mind if they put another handful of the sausage– I can honestly say I have yet to have a bad experience here. For those interested in the décor– its designed with movie and music posters from the past 50+ years. Entertainment junkies will love it. If you just happen to be traveling on Rt. 17 and find yourself hungry while in the Goshen/Florida neighborhood stop by. It sure beats the Subway/Gas Station next door and the Burger King down the road.

Far from the best pizza I’ve had. It’s par for the course, nothing stands out about it. It sits on the end of what used to be the Grand Union(now CVS) plaza behind the Goshen Diner. The store could use a little updating, I vaguely remember coming here as a young child(20 years ago) and my first impression is that nothing has changed. The dough was overly chewy and they seem to skimp on the cheese. I guess everyone needs to save a few pennies these days. There are enough other pizza shops in the village that we won’t have to make a return visit anytime soon. We’ll check out the rest before we award the«Best Pizza in Goshen» Check back soon and often.

I actually don’t mind the pizza here. Its not good, but they put the pizza together in a way that meshes well. The crust indeed does suck, and it pales in comparison to Village and Toriello’s, and sometimes the pizza can be better than normal or vice versa. Regardless, its also a cut above Amici’s and the new shithole known as Jon Angelo’s

Rendando has long been a fixture in goshen. Not impressed with the Pizza — strong flavored sauce, white bread type crust. Not Impressed

This place was and maybe it still is the best. I remember going here as a kid on Friday nights to get a large pie because my mother was feeling Catholic back in the day. So no meat on Fridays hehe. My friends and I all had our birthday parties here or ordered the six foot sub to take to a party. ah the memories :) * I give it 4 stars because I have not eaten there in like 17 years

I was in the area on business and happened to stumble upon this little gem. It is tucked away in a rather shady area off the highway but the pizza(with just pepperoni) was terrific. A little on the greasy side but tasted great. Very friendly staff, cool atmosphere for a strip mall place. Worth checking out if you are in the area.
