Went to the fair yesterday and ended up walking by these guys. I heard they won some kind of award at the fair, and have been wanting to try more stuff from the food trucks, so figured I’d give them a whirl. The pizza itself was very good in my opinion. Had a nice fieriness to the crust that left it crisp and the bottom slightly charred just how I like it. Then their sauce is definitely GARLICKY. But I am a fan of the clove, so it was just a bonus taste for me. Pepperoni could use a bit more singe to it but was still tasty. For food at the fair I wouldn’t normally get pizza but was happy I did as it was pretty gourmet style and left me satisfied.

Sauce is way tooooo garlicky for me. I prefer a sweeter sauce, it would be nice for a option. The sauce is almost spicy it’s so garlicky. Still a goods price $ 4.50 for a personalized sized pie and drink.

Enjoyed this pizza immensely at the Niagara Falls Air Show! One of my crew members states«this pizza saved my life!» I can’t wait to try out their new restaurant on Grand Island Blvd.

Another food truck now serving Buffalo. this time with fresh made pizza right in front of you… the wood fire way! There’s quite a good selection on the menu ranging about $ 5-$ 7 and each personal sized pizza comes with a drink. I had the buffalo chicken and my friend got the arugula prosciutto drizzled with balsamic(!). The pizza was very delicious and definitely worth a try. My main concern was the wait but they actually made the pizzas quicker than I thought… but still expect about 15 – 20 mins depending on the crowd. It goes by even quicker when you are out with your friend enjoying the sunny weather and watching how they make your pizza step by step(its a wood fire oven. in a truck!!)
