This place at first had really bad service, but now service is so much better. Their much friendlier and they get your order right. Love Jamba Juice. My fav. Place in the world to start my day just right!

In my first time here, I got a smoothie with strawberry, banana & apples. The apples’ flavor overpowered the strawberry & banana flavor. So maybe next time I’ll create my own with only strawberries & bananas.
Also, the service wasn’t so great. The cashier seemed impolite with the way she asked for my order & I sort of felt like she was hurrying me. (There wasn’t anyone else in the place besides me.)

There is nothing special about this location to begin with. However, last time I went was almost enough to make me not come back after they told me I couldn’t use a gift card unless the manager was there and told me I would need to come back Tuesday-​Saturday between 9am-​2pm to be able to use it. Guess I have to plan when I want drinks around the manager? I don’t see how they could have a policy like that. Very unprofessional

Apples and greens is always my go to drink. Occasionally, I’ll get something different, but most definitely apples and greens.
The customer service is great whenever I go, so that’s a plus!

I have been to this location several times. They have a good product, but the customer service is less to be desired. The cashiers seldom smile and its no wonder with a manager whose facial expression always looks like he is questioning his life choices. One day my husband even jokingly asked the cashier to smile and she shot him daggers with her eyes. I hope someone from this location sees this and make changes. Sometimes you just want a good smoothie without making it yourself.

The fruit is always fresh. The staff is very nice and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but it’s totally worth it. I love the Greek yogurt and fruit bowl. it’s nice they also have a selection of food.

Come on Thursdays for free size upgrades! (ie: get a large for the price of a medium) Great location off the highway except for a U turn required if you’re driving south, and friendly, speedy smoothies for you to enjoy!

99.9% of the time I get Caribbean Passion. The Best. But Mango A Gogo and Razzmatazz aren’t a bad second choice!
A little pricy at $ 5 – 6 or so, but nice to treat yourself every once in a while!
Service:
I definitely have to agree with Shauna T. about the employees always changing! I come nearly every week lately at similar times and it seems like they have different people working. But all in all, good service, helpful recommendations, and consistent smoothies!

Jamba Juice serves up awesome smoothies and this is one of the few locations remaining in the area. Employees are ready to whip up smoothies at your request and they are always refreshing after a long bike ride on the nearby trail or a workout. If you don’t want as much sugar in your smoothie, you can try a light version which is just as tasty but without all of the calories and sugar.

Both my husband and my smoothies were bitter yet flavorless, but the worst part would be that they both ALSO had pieces of plastic blended in. Every sip had a bit of plastic– there was that much. We thought it was just bad quality ingredients until we realized we had been drinking plastic. Not happy. Especially not happy since I’m pregnant!
Will not be back. Especially since there are such better places for less $$, and less plastic.

Depending on who is working, sometimes your service is faster. I have had occasions where I’ve watched them create a couple drinks from folks who were behind me in line. Then eventually they decide to get to mine.

Got a kale orange power and berry beet it for the kid, made it to the car and spilled it in the parking lot. Went back in to buy another but they gave it to us for free. So nice, didn’t have to since it was our fault and already left the store ! Good juice too, had the pulp in it still

The employees are nice & very quick! never have a problem with my drink, they’re always delicious & refreshing.
Caribbean passion and mango a gogo is my top favorites. They also have a secret drink menu, White gummy bear! (good, but a little on the sweeter side)

This is the closest Jamba Juice from my house, but I usually travel to other locations because there isn’t much to do around this area.
Overall, the smoothies at this Jamba Juice have not disappointed me. Though I take my drinks to go most of the time, I’ve never sat at a dirty table while waiting and the floors are clean. I feel that many employees here do not stay for long due to management (or other) reasons. Almost every time I have visited, there is a new employee taking my order or making drinks.
No complaints, but nothing particularly stellar about this Jamba Juice. Make sure to sign up for their email club so that you can get coupons for free drinks. Also, there are drink specials on certain days that will help you save a few dollars!
