Not my favorite Biggby location. On our last trip the staff was snarky and didn’t want to spend the time explaining the buy $ 25 of stuff get coupons of dual amount special. I also overheard the barista bragging about about making the wrong order and being able to pawn it off on a different customer who didn’t care. Yeah for no waste, but I don’t want to hear this stuff as a customer(is my order someone’s else mistake). Anyway, I’ll be back based on location but there are way better Biggby options in GR.

This is my favorite place! I love the drinks and the staff. They have a clean, pleasant environment, free internet, and a host of regulars. Many know customers by name. I come here almost every morning

Service can be slow at times, but the delicious drinks and convenient location help to make up for it. I often stop here before or after making a day of shopping at the Cascade Meijer… You need a shot of caffeine before handling the madness at Meijer!

The Coffee here is just mediocre and very expensive. I tried a mint frappé and It was not even good enough to finish. It was over five dollars too, for a small one! Next time I want a specialty coffee, I shall go to McDonalds, where it is good and inexpensive!
