The absolute worst Tim Horton’s I’ve been to. Every single time I’ve ordered, they have failed to give me my complete order. The last time I told them twice to make sure. STILL got it wrong. The manager is a young kid that has no idea what he’s doing. Horrible customer service! Horrible food! Don’t waste your time.

I recently ordered a smoothie from here. When I was handed my smoothie I commented on how runny it looked and the lack of consistency. I asked if any ice was added, and I was told that no ice was available. My smoothie tasted like it was juice concentrated and watered down. It was overall not good and tasted awful.

Tim Horton’s is a Canadian doughnut chain that is slowly making inroads into the lower 49th. On my first trip to Canada, years ago, I was introduced to TH’s, and was instantly charmed by the coffee and donuts and over-all pleasant Canadian-ness of it all. Afterwords, when talking to Canadians, I would mention TH as a way of bonding, which would always get a happy response. On my recent trip to Grand Rapids, I tried their local Tim Horton’s and found the whole thing to be very pleasant. To be clear, it’s not especially fantastic. I don’t crave Tim Horton doughnuts, but it’s very decent and they stay open late and the store is clean and well-organized, so it works out to be more positive than negative. The sinkers are thick and doughy — good for sinking in the better-than-average coffee. There is something extra flavorful about them, but I can’t put my finger on what it is. I dug the sour cream sinkers — that and a cup of coffee really hit the spot when it was needed most.

Terrible. I live just up the street and its easy to stop by on the way in. I just don’t bother any more. Its messy, unkept, the staff doesn’t do anything. On the times I have been there they have the donuts, muffins and cookies pulled. they are frequently out of many things I try to order. Twice now i have been in the store when there are 10 – 15 people standing there(with a drive thru line) and no one is getting their food and left without even ordering. Once I stuck around to see what happened, every sandwhich the single cook serves up they call out… not any one’s sandwhich… the cashier finally asked him«are you following orders or did you just panic and making random things?» Cook stormed off because he was just doing things at random and couldn’t handle it. Seriously, out of my 8 times in there, I have been served my food only twice. I have figured out, if I just want donuts and coffee, they are far cheaper and available in Meijer. The managers and staff at this location do not care about the store

I’m married to a Canadian, so I probably shouldn’t admit this publicly, but I’ve always felt that Tim Horton’s is overrated. I mean, Canada is cool and all, and I’d always put my money on Canada in a curling competition, but I just can’t accept that they’ve somehow mastered coffee and doughnuts. Coffee = average. Doughnuts = average. T.H. = average.

I gave it another shot. Same result. After about 5 minutes of waiting in line I and several other cars backed up and left.

Tim Horton’s is a Canadian staple, and it’s so great To finally see them making their way to our neck of the woods. Their donuts are top notch and usually have some sort of special flavor going on. And if you feel like sharing, get a pack of TimBits(donut holes) to go!

We’ve been here 20 minutes and still don’t have our sandwiches. Ridiculous. This is my first and last visit here. I should have checked their reviews here. The store is very messy and the staff is not well trained. Update: Asked for refund and left after 30 minutes. Still no sandwiches made.

The coffee is pretty good, I’ll give them that. The donuts, not really(the ones at Meijer are better and you can get them at the gas station!) The biggest reason to avoid this Tim Horton’s is that the service is plain bad. I don’t know if they’re just unmotivated or just plain incompetent to begin with, but expecting things like eye-contact and«thank you» seem to be a little bit more than the counter staff can muster. They are convenient to work and I can order coffee through the drive through(and the coffee is good), but I’ll probably keep it to just coffee as to minimize my interactions with the staff.

All I have to say is that I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and when I received it, the cheese was not even melted. I don’t know what else to say…

I don’t even want to give this place one star. I have never been to a place with such AWFUL customer service. I’m a huge coffee lover and I’ve never tried tim hortons before. Ended up stopping there because we saw it on the side of the road and I needed a wake-me-up. Walked in, a guy with no facial expression walked up to the counter about 5 minutes after we got to the counter. He didn’t say hi, or welcome, or anything at all. Since I’ve never been there, I asked for a recommendation to which he didn’t reply, just starred at me with no emotion. I told him what I wanted after looking at the menu more and the only thing he said to me the WHOLE time was how much my item costed. Waited about 5 more minutes for a mocha-whatever. He completely screwed it up. He pretty much gave me milky water in a cup with chocolate squirted into it and some ice cubes. Wasn’t blended up like it was supposed to be, tasted like poop, and didn’t even give me whipped cream! I said thank you for my drink anyways — I just wanted to get out of there — to which he didn’t reply AGAIN. I will never, NEVER step foot in this place — nor any Tim Hortons — again.

Gave it another chance. I won’t come here again ever! The doughnuts are just mediocre and the coffee ok. I would much rather have a Krispy Kreme and their service is better too!

I have a coworker that swears on Tim Horton’s. Like she’s nuts for it. She gets up early, drive across town and still get to work on time, Tim Horton’s in hand, because that’s what she needs to get going. Her dedication to a company impressed and frightened me so I thought I’d give this place a try. And I gotta hand it to her, she convinced me. She and the nice people working at the Miejer location who were really patient with me while I ordered. I usually feel some amount of stress at new coffee place; each coffee places names things a little different it I need some time to decipher what’s what. Thankfully Tim Horton’s menu is clear cut and everything sounded(and smelled) yummy. Their oatmeal is totally amazing, and their caramel latte is delish; not to heavy and not too sweet for me. Starbucks, you are on warning about your oatmeal. I think I found my new drive-thru breakfast option.

After hearing about the legend of Tim Horton’s for a long, long time… I was finally able to try it out on my weekend adventure to Grand Rapids. And the 4 star rating that says Yay! I’m a fan… sums it up perfectly. Donuts were far better than the Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme I’m used to, and the hot chocolate was much better than what I’ve gotten at any Starbucks or local coffee shop. Service wasn’t great, but I never expected it to be… food was great, drinks were great, I’d go again.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to for a number of reasons 1. It took me ten minutes to get my food. 2. The were out of onions for the Tuscan chicken panini and the didn’t tell me they just didn’t put them on there and when I asked they said they were out… how about you tell me that your out of something before I order it. 3. They forgot to warm up my muffin like I asked. 4. They forgot to give my boyfriend his doughnut. The only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because their food is still good.

The girl at the counter couldn’t tell me if they had dark roast. «Just regular and decaf.» I ordered a regular and it was good, sturdy coffee. Nothing exceptional. My wife got a hazelnut which she«didn’t have to throw out but wasn’t enjoyable.» We didn’t try the donuts. This place doesn’t have the breakfast sandwich thing down. We were told they had egg-whites only. The sandwiches were small and thin. Mine had three tiny strips of limp bacon and was fairly tasteless. Service was fast, but it shouldn’t take much time to throw together the few blah ingredients involved. I’ll go to McDonald’s before I return to Tim Horton’s, and I usually try to avoid McDonald’s. Why isn’t there a Dunkin Donuts around?

I experienced Horton’s while traveling in Canada a few years ago. There are no Hortons in Kentucky so when I found out there was one here where I’m visiting, I got excited. The coffee is the best as are the doughnuts. The homemade soup and sandwiches are also very good. We went inside to check it out and loaded up on a doz. doughnuts, a 10 pk of Tim Bits and a pound of whole bean coffee. I echo Jerry M. I wish they would expand and especially into Kentucky. I’m tired of Krispy Kreme and Duncan Doughnuts.

This is a brand new location, it has only been open since last Fall. To my friends back in the Land of Cheese, where there are none of these shops, Tim Horton’s a chain out of Canada that is known for good coffee, great doughnuts and now breakfast sandwiches, too! For some time, the Tim Horton’s name in the United States was owned by Wendy’s but that is no longer true. I do wish they would expand into Wisconsin, I much prefer the product to Duncan Donuts. The help in this location, when I arrived this morning, was friendly, attentive, and quick on the draw. My friend ordered a sandwich and an orange juice. While he was paying for it, he was handed the sandwich before he was handed his change. I just ordered my usual coffee, the size of a Buick, with some ice in it along with cream, and a French Doughnut that they call something else — and that name has escaped me already. It was all delicious and enjoyable. One of the best things about visiting Michigan is going to Tim Horton’s. Note to Tim — when are you coming to Wisconsin?
