One star for being conveniently located in Target, another for the nice boy that helped me during one of my recent three times in(he was very positive and his presence was a clear value add). As far as the drinks go, do yourself a favor and skip this location and go to the actual Starbucks located near the driveway entrance. I have gone to the Starbucks within Target three times in the last three weeks and each time I wish I hadn’t. The customer service(with the one exception noted above) is deplorable and the drinks ALWAYS leave something to be desired. I tried 3 of my favorites and they all turned out horribly. I think target has coffee drinks and the next time I’m at that location I’ll be more inclined to go that route rather than waste time and money at this faux Starbucks. Thought I’d try again(07÷29÷15) since some time has passed and I love this Target. Guy behind the counter was argumentative and condescending… Does this guy even realize he’s a dick? I cancelled the drink since it was apparently an issue and kept walking. I’m done.

I have to start by saying what I witnessed yesturday, makes me never want to step foot in a Starbucks. This Starbucks is inside a Target store. As I waited in line, one of the baristas called out a woman’s drink. She came to get the drink and realized they had made her an iced coffee instead of an iced latte. The barista insisted she order a coffee and not a latte(this barista was not the cashier who took the order). The customer seemed a bit distrout maybe because the batista was embaressing her in front of a huge line of people. The barista then decides to remake her drink, and tells her she was mis charged and needs to pay the difference. She gets back in line and pays the difference. She then goes to the pick up window. She mentions to the barista she had ordered caramel sauce instead syrup probably just to verify her drink will be right. The barista then says she wasn’t charged enough since the sauce is more expensive. She then gets back in line again! To pay the difference. In the mean time the woman and the barista begin to fight about the drink. The woman assuring the barista she ordered correctly since she has ordered the same drink for like 8 years. She finally gets her drink and walks away. I’m next in line. I place my order and while doing so the barista walks over and loudly whispers that she totally ordered an iced coffee not a latte. I honestly couldn’t believe how unprofessional this barista was. He kept going on to any person that would listen really. It was very degrating to the woman. I understand it is totally possible that maybe the woman mis ordered or the cashier heard her wrong. However, there is no need to be little some one in front of a line of people.
